I called and probably gave them too much info. Help hope its ok.

i called them and they said you have to pay 200 dollars upfront for a listing of the houses they have for rent to own. And they said these houses are available just to rent. When i asked them what the deposit amount was like if you just decided to rent them they said there was no deposit fee, you just have to sign a  twelve month lease. They also said the 200 dollars was completely refundable. I want to believe them but sounds to good to be true. I just don't understand how you can pay someone two hundred dollars for listing of houses where people will just let you move into their house with no application or deposit. it seems fishy to me as well

Found them on CL looking for rental property.  When I called, they won't give too much info about the property except yes, it's available.  Won't give details.  Very sketchy to say the least.

Looks like a scam on Craigslist for rentals. they charge $200 upfront fee for access to these 'special properties'.
