They called my 83 year old mother this week and tricked her into giving them her personal information and they are now actively attempting to steal her identity.

Got a call this morning.

I received a call formthis number saying they could reduce interste rates. They identified themselves as the main credit card processor for Visa/Mastercard. I agreed to allow them to lower my interest rates.
When I got suspicious about the call, I asked them to cancel the transaction and they said they would not .

Sounds like you work there. "Happy customers" don't look up phone numbers on here. And you seem to have confused the VICTIMS of your SCAM with some imaginary "disgruntled employees". LOL.

This is a well known SCAM, amazing that you still find anyone who falls for it. Apparently this site is making it harder for you to steal money, that's the only reason we ever see BS posts like your on here.

Son I think you know a lil too much bout this place, sounds to me that you are a disgruntled employee. These people saved my a lot of money and got 2 of my credit cards to 0% and 1 to 6% which where at 19.99% and 24.99%. So thats that. Sounds like a case of bad blood. I'll gladly give anyone who saves me money a small percentage of it.

For the record the people complaining on this blog are the ones hat got fired for not doing there call backs or there work!.

I work here and all i can say is i helped out alot of people with their debt. The one time fee is a small charge vs the savings. shame on the people calling this a scam. If it where not for us you would be in debt for the rest of your lives

I got a call from 800-270-0699 to get my Chase credit card int. rates lowered to 2%.  They charged my credit card $1312.00, a one time fee.  I am in the process of disputing this charge.  I was dumb and stupid and fell for it.  Don't fall for this!!!  I am going to call them Monday and I hope I can talk to someone there.  They said their company name was Logic Solutions out f New York.

Got a phone call this morning from a guy with broken English claiming to be from Visa/Mastercard Headquarters.  He had someone call me back who informed me that I had been charged $1200 before they had ever done anything.  They told me they could lower my interest rate on my Bank of America card and that they would call me back in 15 minutes.  When they called, they told me they were a Financial Consulting Service and wanted me to verify lots of information.  When they asked for my Social Security Number, I refused to give it to them.   This is when they began to argue with me and tell me that I was irrational and wasn't in my right mind to not accept their offer.  I spoke with Mark Anderson (Ext # 616) and then he put me on the phone with Adam who after serveral moments of badgering me and me still refusing to give my social security number he finally hung up on me!  

I immediately called my Credit card companies to cancel the cards they could apply the "fee" to and Bank of America told  me that they do call them and put my end of the phone on mute so I cannot hear what is being discussed.  Bank of America told me that my rate was not eligible to be reduced at this time, especially not to 0-4% which is what they were telling me they could do.

these people are a scam , if you get a call from these people HANG UP IMMEDIATLY . dont buy into theyre lies that they have you under recording or that they will increase your intrest rates for not accepting the lower one . If your dumb enough to to pay 800$ -1200$ for something you can do for free then be my guest . If you want to get a lower intrest rate with chase call : 1-888-456-0935 or with Bank of America : 1-888-998-3412 or with Discover : 1-866 567-1660  say you have medical expenses. For Citi bank ask to speak to a supervisor and tell them to remove the default rate or to remove to change in Terms because you were in the hospital . If all fails then apply for a new card here and transfer your balances https://wwwa.applyonlinenow.com/USCCapp/Ctl/entry?sc=UABIEZ . Dont pay these people a penny to do any of this for you . And if you been scammed into this then contact the better buisness bureau

My wife received a call from the same number. They never said anything about a 1,200 dollar charge. They said they would call back in 20 minutes to go over the details. When my wife said she didn't feel right about it. They said she had already agreed and would be charged 1,200 dollars. When she said now way, they threatened to raise our interest rates. I have re number now and although I know it will do no good. I am going to call them and have a meaningful discussion with them.

Got a phone call from this number. They talked to me awhile said they would help me lower my interest rates on my credit cards, lower the 11,500 charges to only 10,000. I bought it like some dumb person, I am so angry at myself. I won't ever fall for a scam like that again, this is twice I have gotten scam calls, the other one was from another place who does not have a website either.
 Well one of my credit cards got charged $1200 for this so called service, I have a dispute going right now, I am going to start burying my money in a place in my yard in a mayonnaise, seems safer, and as for credit cards, when these are paid, NO MORE.
 Just wanted everyone to know DO NOT trust anyone who calls from this number or a 1-888-826-1162, I kept calling all day, tried different depts, all they did was wait a few minutes and the phone went back to a dial tone. I should have know, they prey on old people and people who have credit card debt and are anxious to get out. I will pay cash for something or I won't get it at all.  ENOUGH SAID.
