If you ever took out a warranty on electronics, appliances, or something else like that via either of those names then they're trying to call you to either extend that or buy something else even way after the fact on said item.

Forget the Do Not Call list, I think it's being managed by the same people who wrote obamacare !!!!
The only solution is the Digitone Call Blocker from Amazon... Our house is FINALLY quiet after purchasing this.

Received over a hundred of calls from this number and finally someone left a message today.
Company is New Leaf Service Pro. They are trying to sell an extended warranty for an appliance we have. Now that I have their name I was able to look them up. Below is their website.

Claims to be a company trying to sell you warranties for appliances New Leaf yada yada - but if you call back and leave a message, which I did to tell them not to call me that I wasn't interested and they did not have permission to call my phone, at the end of the message options if you press pound it says it is some business solutions place - so this must be a collection agency scamming saying they are an appliance warranty place to get you to call back. They have blown up my phone every hour since I called the number and left the message. I am behind on some medical bills so I figure that is what they want. I think calling every hour for 6 hours is considered harrassment isn't it?
