I RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL FROM THESE PEOPLE - THEY CAN'T SEAM TO GET THE PAPERWORK TO ME. THEY WANT MY BANK INFO AND THINK I AM STUPID ENOUGH TO GIVE IT TO A COMPLETE STRANGER.

I keep getting calls from these people too and messages stating they'll be serving me at my place of employment and that they'd have to have a manager present and take them outside to talk to them.  I called them back today and spoke to a woman saying I owe a payday loan company $1800 from 6 years ago.  I advised that i had to cancel the bank account they originally deposited the money into because so many unauthorized charges kept being charged to my account. I asked them to mail me something so I had something in writing because when I previously tried to pay them they wouldn't take less than the full amount.  Anyway, when I asked  for something in writing, they said they'd only provide that to me if I made a payment prior to them providing that to me.  They said they don't do business like that.  It's a scam.  My guess is this is an illegal operation so they can't

I recieved a voicemail message today from an "unknown" phone number.  The guy said he was Jerry D. Davis with Legal Caring Company. He was calling to notify me that he would be coming to my home or employer in the next two days and they were serving me with a summons that I must sign for and have two forms of identification.  I have no idea who he represents or anything regarding this matter.  The caller said that if I had questions to call 888-277-1541 and when I called that number the voicemail said I had reached DFA & Associates. Searched google can't locate the company.....

Do these people not know that you don't call someone and tell them they are being served. How stupid are they. I reported it to our local police department and they told us to ignore the calls. They said if the calls keep comingin they want us to turn the number over to them and they will take care of it. When I called the number back it was disconnected or it was someone at a exterior company up north.

This has just happened to me to.  My bank I had in Arkansas says they have no record of bouncing an ACH debit.  This was supposed to have happened in 2008.  Bank cannot find where they bounced anything but the company does have my old address and the last three numbers of my old checking account. How did they get that?  But the bank said I never had a loan from Payday Loan Yes which is who they say they are representing.

Got a call and they left this number 1-888-277-1541 said there was papers that needed signed regarding a legal matter with Brian McMasters. OMG...they don't even know to listen to the answering machine or voicemail to make sure they have the right person(s). And if you call back they give you a run around or put you on hold. I would want this Legal Caring company representing me if they leave legal information on any number they call.

Last week the guy said he was a legal courier and was going to serve me "papers" that I needed to sign for regarding an "upcoming court appearance".  The call came from an unknown number but the guy said that I could call "18882771541" if I had questions.  Needless to say, no one showed up on Friday between 10 and 2, either at my home or at my work.  I called the number and was told DF &A was a pre-litigation firm and they were working on behalf of a pay loan company and that I had been contacted many times before via mail (which I had not) and then they tried to pressure me into a payment agreement but I stood firm and said that I had no prior knowledge of this "loan" and it was five years ago, etc... the person on the other end than began yelling at me and telling me that I obviously did not care if I went to jail, and that he was trying to work with me, etc.  I hung up.  Today (Monday) I recieved another call from an "unknown" number and the message was from a different guy saying he was from legal caring and he had legal papers to serve me within the next 24 - 48 hours and that was required to be at home or he would serve me at work and I needed two forms of ID and if I was at work then my supervisor would be required to sign as a witness.  The only difference between last week and this is the phone number he gave me to call today was 15592016346 and the man gave a different name and company.

They same "unknown" number called again and left another voicemail that they would be at my home between 10 and 2 tomorrow and I had better be available or else they would come to my place of employment and if they did that I must have picture ID and also that my supervisor would have to sign too as a witness.  What gives?  does anyone have any idea how to call back a number that comesup as unknown?

I got a call from these freaks. They said they are going to serve me with summons tomorrow if they don't receive a call from me today. Well joke is on them because I no longer work where they think I do. If I receive another call from them I will file a lawsuit against them for harassment.

got  a call on 3/5/13 from a mike private number that he will serve me at my home in 48 hours if I had any questions to call 1888 277 1541 called hung up they called back private number some guy name Joe said I owe a pay day company 1800 that's funny Joe and Mike sound like the same person debt collectors can not use private numbers what a joke also he asked if I was  served court papers said no then he said you can pay the 1800 now I said go F your self

The company calls and says that I owe money to a company that I already paid. They call again and say that they are going to serve me papers at my work. I don't even have a job so the joke is on them. Process servers don't call to say they are going to serve you, they just show up.

SHE HASNO PAYDAY LOANS OUT AS SHE FILED BANKRUPTCY ON ALL  OF HER BILLS & THEY DON NOT CALL TO TELL YOU THEY WILL SERVE YOU . THEY ALSO CALLED HER MY DAUGHTER & SAID THEY DIDN'T EXCEPT BANKRUPTCY.

Got call today 2/25/13 same stuff said i will get summons tomorrow and they would freeze my S.S. Disability Check if i didnt pay

It's a variation of the same folks who tried this twice before. no name, etc.. I had one guy call me - correct name, ssn but a different email/bank. I'd been hacked and even after they tried to get me in trouble with my employer (I had them speak to my fraud department - they were idiots) and some guy kept calling alllll day long trying to threaten me. they stopped after 1 day but today I got another call. they're full of baloney. don't fall for it. real process servers don't tell you they're going to serve you.

They have been calling me since Thursday. Same message. Legal caring tried to serve me summons to court. I need to call them back to avoid the embarrassment of them serving me at work. I have no idea who these guys are and why they are calling me. But jokes on them since I don't have a job.

Just got the same call...I called back and they started with their mumbo jumbo...I interrupted and told them to NEVER call this house again and that I know all of the scams they try to play...i couldn't get through my sentence before I heard a dial tone...it's from a payday loan company and they are trying to scare people into paying debts that don't exist.

Just got a call and they left a message stating were at my home yesterday to serve me papers, but nobody was there and will come to my home between 8 am and 10 am tomorrow. #1 I have been at home due to surgery and nobody came to my door and #2 nobody will call you to notify you of being served...they just show up.

I got the same message... They did not ask for a person, just left the same statement. Said the summons was from Mitchel County.

Got a call around 2pm on 2-21-13. I didn't answer but they left a message saying they were calling because they tried to serve at my home today but I wasn't there so were going to my work tomorrow morning. I receive calls from guys like this all the time. They always have to do some internet payday loan company looking to collect a loan I've never taken out. I've checked my credit records and there isn't anything on there. Does anyone know way to get these guys to stop calling?

Oh and they didn't say who the were or were representing either.
