Didn't leave a message and we live in the Far East part of the valley so we've never been to John C Lincoln hospital.

Getting calls to make payment before they even processed my insurance claim when I told them I would pay after the insurance company pays they reported me to credit bureau crazy rude people who don't know how to do their job which I can say because I do billing for another valley hospital!!

If I were anyone, I'd avoid Banner altogether.  I had a horrible experience there and if my condition had been serious I'd probably be dead too.  The doctor did NOT want to be there - obviously - because he was sarcastic with me the whole time.  He kept asking me why I thought I needed to be there and when I asked for an MRI he said "what, do you think we have an MRI laying around here for anyone to just use at any time of the day or night"? And if I did have a serious condition, which they didn't know because they did very little to determine that, they made me walk back to work - when an ambulance brought me in to begin with.  After telling me that they gave cab vouchers, they turned around and refused to give one to me because they claimed I lived too far away... and they knew I came from my workplace via ambulance - which BTW was a little over 2 miles away.  I didn't need a ride home I simply needed a ride back to work where my car was.  And I was disoriented because I was sick and I had never been to Banner before.  I can't believe the way the hospital behaved!

They are not serious about helping the patients and only care about the bottom line at Banner.  Two years later, I recently had a similar attack and went to John C. Lincoln instead.  At least they cared about why I was there and the doctor's attitude was so much more over and above what the doctor's was at Banner.  They wanted to give me a ton of tests to rule out things, unlike the Dr. at Banner, who didn't want to bother with me at all.  

Talk about negligence, I would never, EVER - EVER - EVER go back to Banner.  The blatant negligence on the part of the ER doctor was so memorable and burned into my memory I won't recommend Banner's ER to anyone.

Now, back to the topic at hand...

I just got a call from the phone number above and they didn't leave a message as well.  I had paid all my bills in full so I'm not sure why they called.

kept getting calls from this number and they'd leave a mess. to call them back at this number.  it wasn't 'til today that I googled them and found this site. They are John C Lincoln-North Mountain located in Phoenix, AZ.  They were calling to collect on a debt  from an ER visit I had and had totally forgot to pay.  Funny thing is it was only $35!  Best hospital in Arizona but the business office is full of weenies! lol

I don't know which John C. Lincoln you are referring to, North Mountian or Deer Valley.  I am not sure about Deer Valley but if it weren't for North Mountain, My mother wouldn't be alive today! Banner is nothing but a death trap. They killed my sister and almost killed my mother as well. I work in a care facility environment and let me say that 9 out 10 patients we send to Banner do not come back. Don't get me wrong no hospital is perfect, John C Lincoln has wronged me in the past but as far as right now they are a good hospital and Banner is all about the mighty dollar and not patient care.

BEWARE OF JOHN C. LINCON HOSPITAL in Phoenix, AZ. It?s a dangerous and potentially deadly place to go for even simple testing or medical care. I don?t think their "Magnet" status takes into consideration all of the hidden cases where they have endangered and/or caused the wrongful death of a patient. Those incident and occurrence reports, as they are known, are kept confidential - not even an attorney can get their hands on one.

Our beloved family member would be alive today had she not checked into John C. Lincoln North Mountain last month. The story is so horrible, I can?t even tell it yet, but she died an agonizing death within 3 days. They are caring on the outside and have great public relations, but they are ruthless and negligent on the inside.

I wish we would have chosen Banner over John C. Lincoln, but we didn?t know better at the time. I hope this information helps someone avoid the deadly mistake we made.

888 288 7972 -- this is to the financial offices of John C Lincoln Hospital.  they do not leave a message due to HIPAA laws.  More than likely this is a collection agency trying to collect for hospital visit copayments or other like charges.  Also, "spoofing" programs allow frauds to make their caller ID look like any number they want, so they find a good number like this and then "spoof" it on their outgoing calls so that their incoming call to you looks ligit.  If you haven't had dealings with John C Lincoln Hospital, disregard the #.

another hang up from 888-288-7972 on thursday, 9/18/08, at 2:59 p.m.  reported 2nd time to do not rcall registry.
an entry was made on 9/12/08 by 'lusky' writing that the call is from a "john c lincoln hospital business office"-unknown to this household-and went on to say that "...they'll be reporting you as well." thanks for the info even though what or to whom they would report is a mystery. again, this household has never had any dealings with a john c lincoln hospital. never heard of them.

today wedn. 9/03/08 at 11:39 a.m. this 888 number called my unlisted home #. hung up after ans. machine picked up.
who are these guys? i'm on the don't call registry---i re-registered just last month (august) after other nuisance hang ups.
will report pest to appropriate agency. hope others do likewise.
