This Company Is NOT a Scam if your mother is 70 years old she more likely didn't fill the paperwork out and get it back in so she can get her rates lowered, if you cared about her you would help her with her paperwork so she can get her rates lowered so she can save money. Yall need to stop saying these are scams. The TRUE SCAM IS THE BANKS TAKING YOU FOR YOUR MONEY WITH THE HIGH INTEREST RATES. YALL LIKE THROWING AWAY YOUR MONEY WHILE THE BANKS ARE RACKING UP AND LAUGHING AT YOU GETTING RICHER BY THE MINUTE

I got the call today.  Same experience as everyone else. "Mrs. Morgan" was nice.  However, when I asked if there was a fee for their service, she said "no".  When I asked if they are a non-profit business, she said "I can't answer that.  I will give your information to another department and they will call you back". When I asked if the company was listed with BBB, she said "yes".  Technically, they are listed.  But, their "grade" is "F".  I was told the name of the company was "Qualification Department for Lower Rates".  If you want to know the scoop, go to Better Business Bureau's website.  By the way, she discussed that my credit rating is combined with my spouse's, but was unable to tell me my spouse's name!  Also, if you enter the phone number on BBB's site, you will see the many, many names the company uses.  If you are a legitimate, no-scam, company, you should only need one name for your business.

You don't understand the concept of freedom of speech because you think it gives you the right to LIE on the phone and LIE on this site, and after a while you don't even know what the truth is.  Justice will be done, and you will figure it out when you are picking up the soap for Bubba in the prison shower.

May happen sooner than you think ...

The longer honest people waste your time on the phone, the LESS MONEY YOU CAN STEAL!

wow so your a scammer that thought you was protecting the public by holding someone on the line who is doing legitimate work to save the american public millions of dollars in finance charges and then you come and brag on line that is the difference with freedom of speech you can write anything in this country without having the facts and so long as no one questions it your correct right , ever wondered how this company that gives you a number to call back when it does not come up on your phone, then would be scammer that would be like committing a robbery and then waiting for the victim to come home and wait to see there reaction and then you put someone name out there who you have no idea about to the public but not yours with negative conotations to it wow your a regular robin hood right well for the few minutes you held a hard working young lady up with a job that is not like you at home scamming someone we still had other agents that got other people their rates lowered oh yeah and when if you can next write something please spell correctly not all people understand dumb than you kindly

see again someone who does not fully understand the world of banking and the better business is not the most reliable source to go by try checking on them see what you get to the point though you cannot check us with the bbb because we sell the program for multiple finance companies that we put you through which one we know meets the criteria of your state and what type of card you have plus when you call the credit card company to lower your rates you only get the customer care agent who is trained to tell you no call back in three months or we are waiting for the new regulations to come into effect . We on the other hand deal directly above customer and work with the rate department which when i leave the office i dont have access to because the number on the back of my card only lets me through to the agent who is trained to tell me know and i am suppose to go ok thank you

so let me get this straight mia you gave us your credit card number you attempted to reach the qualifier who is probably taking fresh calls so they do not get on the phone a lot and nobody took anything of your card because again that would be breaking the law . but hey just to let you the scam is that the banks can legally charge you a hundred percent profit on 5k borrowed payback average 15-20k but hey we are the scam artist

again the banks have us pegged in a corner and scared to give out info so it allows them to keep you at a high rate but the truth of it is for discover we only need the last four to verify your balance last payment and next payment to make sure you qualify for the program because if you have late payments or past due we cannot negotiate with the lenders and be successful plus the banks have a zero liability if something on your account is not sign or rendered by

so if someone was going to scam you would they give you there correct name and phone number to reach them would be pretty dumb considering any transaction done on a card leaves a trail not close to being look at your statement and think again the minute took a credit card and could not pay of the balance the banks had you hook line and sinker but hey if helping you getting a low rate is a scam which in turn helps you pay the bank back less than they already scam you for go ahead have a nice day

I also work with the company & the reason my co-worker and I will not put our names is for fear of getting fired in one of the most rewarding jobs I do . Just to apologize calling anyone uneducated is not right some people are book smart and some are street either way, how I look at it is that when you look at your statement it should now tell you how long it will take and how much it will cost to pay at the minimum rate now you do not have to be a rocket scientist to realize that if you borrow $5000 at 23.99 min monthly of $100 and it takes 278 months and total cost of $27,800.00 is a rip of by these lenders who have told you not to believe companies that call you even in next nba/nfl or mlb games they tell you that you have zero liabillity on a charge on your card if it was not you . Now the point i am making is if you authorize a charge on your card for a purchase of service and it is not met we have to refund you or the bank can do the charge back its federal law. plus the reason we dont give a website is some states have different rules and we multiple companies to do the work so we do not know what to give you until your qualified. So if you took the time to listen and not be so worried about something you are 100% protected on even if you do not sign with us you might learn something if you like call the number and ask straight for any manager of accounts and they will explain it for, some clients we have been so worried about the program that we took them live to there banks and did the work first so as to put their mind at ease. But hey think about it if you owned a bank and you had the monopoly on making extortionate amount of money of innocent people who are just trying to get by that did not question why if i borrowed 5k and i ended up paying 27k back would you want anyone cutting into that profit margin and still get bailed out by the government no i do not think so . But my grandmother use to say you can take a horse to water but you cannot make it drink so feel free to look into any finance company and see what result you get , oh yeah and  we get paid by saving you the client money if not we do not get paid . thank you for reading and if it helps clear up misunderstandings great

Anyone receiving a phone call from "financial sevices" or "insight management services" claiming that they can lower your interest rates, I implore you to hang up the phone as they are not an upstanding service or even close to anyone who can help you. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with them trying to get information about them and they continuously kept attempting to redirect the conversation. A few key points:

Every "representative's name Dennis Ray, Courtney Ryan, Shawn Bruce, and (different from above) Tristen Kelly. Funny to me that so many people with two names that are traditionally first names, somehow all have the same job at the same company.

If all they need is to verify the account to lower your interest rate why can't they call directly to the card company? Speak to a representative of the card company and work directly with them, they knew my name, address, phone number, claimed they got this info from the Credit Bereau.

Can't give me an address or a websight to research their "company"? Why not? Every other company, corporation, bank, financing institution I have ever spoken with willingly gives an address to their home or corporate offices, phone numbers to specific departments and a websight. They refuse to do so?

I hope that someone somewhere reads this, cause they are predators looking for people with credit cards that have relatively high balances but also with credit available and high limits. they are thieves and should hang from the gallows for praying on people.

I use to work for the company and from my understanding they are not a scam. But we really don't see what goes on the other end. But they charge one of your cards and lower rates on all of your cards. The fee ranges from $790.00 to $1590.00. They have to save you a certain amount of money or they will have to refund the fee. But like i said we don't see what goes on the end. I no longer work there because if you can't sale the service nobody get paid.

Got a call this morning from a young lady identifying herself as Ashley.  I hung up first time.  Less than a minute later she called back, wondering if we got disconnected.  I told her I hung up on her and that if they didn't quit calling me I would start clowning them whenever they called.  She didn't take too kindly to that, saying I wasn't going to clown HER, and that she was calling to help me.  I got about eight minutes into the call and I had to tend to something else.  She didn't call back when I told her to.  I just don't trust this company with my credit information.  If she does call back, I'll tell her that I will not give my card information over the phone to people I do not know.  Guess I'll start clowning them when they call again.

Please beware of this company.  For a fee and access to your credit card accounts (where they can charge you more fees), they will call your credit card company to request to lower your interest rates.  This is actually something you can do for yourself, without any third party assistance.  The Better Business Bureau has given this company a rating of ?F? on a scale of A-F, similar to school grades.  I called my credit card company, which assured me that this was a scam and immediately closed my account.

Please contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for more information:

I just got a phone call from a woman named Jennifer House at 4:30PM.  I asked her how she get all the information she had.  She gave me some type of bogus remark.  I told her I needed to make a quick phone call.  So, I called my card company and asked the same questions she did.  If this financial company can lower my rates why can't they.  The rep said it is scam!   I didn't give my card number, but they knew to much of my personal information.

I just got a call from Glenn, and told him that I would not give any information out on the phone...  Also, that I had cut up all major credit cards, and in turn he told me that he could not help me, but another dept could.

Thanks for having all this info out there, I'm glad I checked before going forward with this company....

they have been calling for days and wanted to lower our interest. then asked for info on the card, I realized at this time that if lower interest was available to me I would call the bank myself and they told me that was not going to happen but they had the ability to do it for me. I told them no thank you and then suddenly the manager picked up on the line and tried to get me to go along with the info they wanted. My wife and I both agreed that this was not something we were willing to go along with and told them no thank you and take me off the calling list. We shall see if they continue to call.

A woman named Ashley White from Financial Services called wanting to lower my interest rate.  She asked me to verify my zip code and then she asked me for my 16 digit account #.  I did not feel comfortable doing this so I contacted my credit union.  They said they do not ever contact people about lowering interest rates, no kidding, but that we should never give out that information over the phone.

I received a call on Feb. 9, 2010 from LaShawn Baker.  She was very polite and professional.  All she needed was my credit card number.  She said as you know there are three sides to a credit card the number, exp. date and the security card.  I told her after I reserach the company that had no email address I would call her back. I called back the operator state that LaShawn was working with someone else and would call me back.  I did not leave my number.  I told her I would call her back.  I sounds fishy to me.
