I have received a birthday postcard in the mail with 888-299-6004.  
The offer is for two round trip airline tickets to any major international airport in the continental U.S. and complimentary 7-day rental car.

This was from "First Class Travel" 125 E. Baker Street Ste: 120 Costa Mesa, CA. 92626.

Just received this postcard in the mail as well.  It was in celebration of their own anniversary, nice.  Their new number is apparently 1-877-491-0478. Apparently they have "been going crazy trying to contact" me. Thanks everyone for the quick information.

Pep Boys doesn't ask for birth date information for Rewards Cards. They don't ask it at all. Try to make logical assumptions in the future.

Just received a post card with 888-472-8027. My offer was 3 Day/2-Nights Lodging Airfare for 2 to Las Vegas or Two Roundtrip Airfares to Anywhere in the Continental U.S.

My dreams would come true if scammers like "Frank F" wound up in jail.

Received a "letter/invitation" on paper decorated with balloons on 6/11/10 that says 'FLY A US AIRLINES'

Attached was a 'checi-in' TRAVEL ITINERARY SAMPLE with name, frequent fyer #, e-ticket #, seat #, etc. then on the back it says 'Ultimate Vacations, 125 E. Baker Street, Suite 120, Costa Mesa, CA 92626' Travel provider is a California Registered seller of travel. Call for details some restrictions apply.
Be careful!!!

They are still at it changed their name to Ultimate Vacations but same address.

Got the same postcard with that Costa Mesa address.  And yup, they put the wrong birthdate.  So glad all I have to do is type in the phone number and scam and find this forum right away.  Thanks!

Got the same birthday celebration card...but the number was 1-866-396-3279 done on a cheap mailing card...Thanks for putting the word out on these scams!

I just received the same postcard with the phone number 800-965-3831.  It didn't even have the right birth date.

You guys are all crazy... this is a wonderful gift! I just got my card today - if I call within 48 hours, not only will I get free RT airfare for two on "A US Airline", but I'll also get 7 days free car rental. Just in time for my birthday! These people are simply wonderful, and they're going to make my dreams come true just for calling their phone number! I can't believe you are all so cynical - this is nothing less than a miracle. Thank God for "1st Class Travel"!

I'm sure the source of my address was PEPBOYS. They offered me their rewards
card and I was surprised when they asked for my birthday so I gave them the
wrong one and sure enough,I got a birthday card just like everybody else.
Beware of those companies that offer free stuff because they sell your info to anybody!!!

I just got a postcard regarding 1st card travel they changed their number to 1-888-472-8030. Glad to see these notes.I had the suspicion they are bogus. 1st Class Travel is changing their phone number constantly...

Got a card from a company when, at first glance, appeared to be US Airways... it was not... also mentioned Thrifty Car Rental with a logo that looked real... I immediately suspected a scam and came here. The # they listed was the same as that listed a few posts above - 1-888-472-8030. No return address but the postage said "West Palm Beach, FL Permit No. 3950." Going in to shredder.

Also got the postcard. It said I won a trip to Hawaii -- expected fraud right away.  Had a different number to call (888-300-6532).  They must change it frequently to try to avoid being caught.

Recived ANOTHER greeting from US Airlines with an offer for two roundtrip airfares.  This time the envelope is designed to look like a government check is enclosed.  (I gues the previously offered additional free car rental was just for my birthday.)  The number to call to collect my prize is different than the last, 1-800-221-3099.

WOW...I won more than you did. Not only did I win two round trips to Honolulu on U S Airways, I got a "first callers" bonus offer - free lodging!
Can't wait to give them my credit card numbers, S. S. number, birth date, and bank account number & pin code in order to secure my prize.

Somehow this time share organization knew my name, address and birthday.
