Total scam.  Don't give them any money or any financial information.  Ignore them.  If you already have given out credit card or debit card numbers  immediately go to the bank and change them.

The exact thing happened to me as well. A man called me last year in November saying I'd entered a sweepstakes of $50,000 and that I'd get free magazines and a free watch. Then he said something about placing an order and that his supervisor would call in a couple of minutes. So I received another call which turned out to be a woman. She mentioned something about the weather and then started telling me about the magazines and the free watch which I could barely remember. She talked so fast that day and my mom had woken me up so I was half asleep and half awake. Then towards the end, she asked me for my credit card, which I stupidly gave her. If the magazines and the watch is free then why do they want my credit card? I told her not charge me yet because I didn't have money and she said that she wouldn't. Well, after I'd given her my information, I told my mom everything and she yelled me at for doing so. She told me they are scammers and that I should've never given them my information. She told me to call the bank and tell them cancel my card. I argued with her that they wouldn't charge me because the magazines and the watch was free. (To this day, I am still embarrassed, I feel like a fool and I'm so frustrated for not listening to my mother. They are always right.) That very same day, we went to the bank to deposit money and I asked the teller how much money I had. She told I had $3 dollars!!! I was like "WTF????" but I didn't say it out loud, I thought it. I didn't say anything to my mom because I actually convinced myself that it wasn't a scam. Oh, but wait! It gets better! I checked the mail, I'm not sure how many days later, but I received a letter from them. One had the magazines listed and how much they'd charge monthly and the other paper was to release my gift, and that I agreed to the paper that stated they'd charge me monthly. I don't know what the hell I was thinking, but I remember just wanting "free magazines" and the "free watch." So I filled the paper and signed (BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!) and sent it. I get a watch and so far I have received about three magazines. They call me on a daily basis saying that I owe them a total of  $700 which is a lot of money for magazines. I ignore them and I have them registered on my phone so I don't have to answer them, but they will call with an "Unknown" just to get you to answer the phone. They are really good at scamming people. I only hope that some us can win the lottery of millions of dollars, buy that company and turn it into a prison for them. Or just shut it down.
From all of this, I learned to always listen to my mother and never give out my credit card information or any information for that matter and to hang up within 30 seconds of the call. Lol! Someday, all this will be over. Good luck to you all!
By the way! Here a several numbers that have called me and other numbers that have called this guy. So watch out for those numbers.
- (406) 961-1300
- (406) 961-8417 (This number is from a woman named Catelyn)
- 1-877-299-6153 (This number is from a woman named Vanessa and works from 6:00am - 1:00pm Washington time)
- 1-888-300-9415 (This seems to be the most common number and the "company's" number)

I did the same thing. Shut my card of IMMEDIATELY when I got home from work because once I hung up with the scam artist over the phone I had a weird gut feeling about it. About a year went by and I got a letter in the mail yesterday saying they are going to report me to the credit agency unless I pay 730 dollars. I laughed and threw it in the trash. No one from their organization or any for that matter will be stealing another dime from me again. Losers

Literally the same thing happened to me, and with the same manager.  I actually thought he was really nice (and as a salesperson, he was doing a good job), but therein lies my downfall.  In hindsight after I got off the phone.. $66 a month?  I can't do it!  Immediately I checked my bank account and the $66 charge was there.  I called back later that afternoon (8883009415) and canceled it.  I did remember from the convo that you have to call within 3 days of placing the order to cancel.  The lady I spoke with when I called back said it would be canceled and that the initial charge I saw on my bank account was just a hold that would go away in 7-10 business days.  If you don't hear the bit about 3 days to cancel, they probably have that recording as a verbal contract of what you agreed to in order to say you can't cancel if you call back after 3 days or in case of requests from banks to investigate the charge (just my guess).

Same thing happened with me today. I had signes uo though an app on my phone for the 1 million dollar sweepstakes just for the hell of it. They called me twice from a 00000 number.  When i finally answered it, it was a woman named crissy smith. She was apparently the new employee. My a**. We talked about how im lucky to be in and id get a free watch and magazines and my hobbies. Her "manager" jumped on and she had said put in a good word. He talked about all that then asked for my credit card info for magazines for 2 years? Then had our call recorded. Needless to say. A bunch of bs, they charged me 33.20 right a way. I called my bank asap and had them remove, cancel my card and send a new one. Worst thing ever, i was excited at first too..

It's a scam 888-300-9415 They say "We're holding a lot of magazines for you, I just want to confirm the credit card. " Then she tells you the last four digits of one of your cards (I don't know where they get those four digits, but I'll find out), if you're not immediately suspicious - as you should be - she casually asks you for the entire card number. You think, "Well, they already have the last four, someone in the family must be ordering them," So you give them the entire card number. Then they get as much information from you as possible. My daughter fell prey to this thinking I had ordered magazines: $66.

They are in or near Darby, MT (I got that from the radio station playing "on hold."

I kept getting phone weird calls from 00000000 I finally decided to answer and they told me the same story about me being chosen to enter a sweepstakes they talked so fast it was to understand but when I got trasnfered to the "supervisor" and we were ready to wrap things up (me being completely against the charges and very scared they had all my info on file) I asked if he could probably make sure the payments wouldn't come out until payday (I said it was a week from the phone call to buy me some time to see what they were all about) he said sure no problem. As soon as I was of the phone I did some reaserch about it and realized it was a scam so I called my bank and canceled my card. I still can't believe I was falling for it lol

They tricked one of my ESL students into giving them his bank account numbers after telling him that he had won a watch.  He didn't really know what was going on and honestly thought he had won a watch and have the bank account number without thinking about. (A bit naive, yes)

He was charged $66 within 30 minutes.  He happened to check his account and noticed it.  He came to me for help and we called to cancel.

They immediately started bullying him and telling him that he has to live up to his obligations.  He was trying to cancel less than two hours from when they tricked him and they outright refused.  When I got on the line via speaker phone, they started shouting to him that I was being deceitful and a bad American and that he should not listen to me.

He has since canceled his card and we are waiting for the charge to move from pending to paid and then he will dispute the charge.  Thankfully, his bank is being very understanding and has reassured him that he will not be liable for any of it.

I got the same call to my cell phone. That really amazed me. How did you get my cell phone #? I did something else to me also that I won't mention. But anyway...they pulled the same scam on me and then actually started taking $9.95 out of my account for their "Savings Club" witch doesn't exist or is not recognize by anyone. So my first inclination was to call and explain to them what happens to people who take or steal money from hard working people who don't have much as it is. I gotta know if this company is being looked at by any for prosecution purposes.

They told me 33.20 every two months then just had the gall to tell they recorded our conversation. He says I agreed to every month, which is not what I wrote down. I keep immaculate records and they still tried to play a recording after I had told the to cancel it. I spoke with Katy and Guy.

I, too, feel very stupid for having fallen for this scam. The exact same thing happened with me that happened with Adel. I was called by and unknown number, and somehow or another, got sucked into the scam. I had a feeling I should have hung up, but didn't, for whatever reason. The person I had spoken to over the phone from the beginning was a gentleman, and his manager was a man a well. I CAN'T EXPLAIN HOW STUPID I FEEL.

So, when I received the letter in the mail that said I had to fill out the claims thing BEFORE I supposedly got this watch. Having the urge to, I popped online and checked my statement. Sure enough, I had $66.41 taken out of my account. I immediately searched for the number on the papers and called. I was quickly connected with a female rep, and I told the woman that I had just recently lost my job, and I wasn't going to be able to keep up these payments. I told her that I wanted to cancel the order, and get my money returned back to me. She was kind of rude, but said that she got it canceled and said the refund had been issued, and it would take up to 7-10 business days. We then hung up after that.

Still not feeling terribly satisfied (after reading these posts), I called back right away and wanted to double confirm that the subscription had been canceled and that my refund had been issued. The woman I spoke to was INSANELY rude with "Yeah, it's been put through," And hung up on me. Not satisfied with that AT ALL, I called back, and asked for a supervisor. The woman who answered was the supervisor and I told her that I had called earlier to cancel, told her the issue, and wanted my refund. I then proceeded to tell her I called back to confirm, and the women I had previously spoken to was very rude, and wasn't helpful. The third women I spoke to was much nicer, and said that the subscription had been cancelled, and that my refund had been issued. She said I should get it within 7-10 business, or depending on my bank's rules when it came to refunds. I felt a little more satisfied after that... I wasn't able to dispute it soon enough, but I'm really hoping that everything works out for the better.

Either way, I'm going to my bank to get my card number changed. Once the refund posts (if it does in fact post, which I hope it does), I'm going to get my account number changed, too. If the money doesn't come back to me, I'm still going to change my account number, so either way, I won't be able to be charged for anything anymore.  I just don't feel safe, and I feel so stupid for being duped. I should have known better. I will NEVER do anything like that again. I should have known when the number said unknown.

These people called me tonight and told me I was entered into a contest and I would receive the diamond watch and magazines like everyone else. I immediately questioned them about how I was entered because I never entered into any contests. They said I was likely entered through a major major credit which I do not have, then they asked if my debit card was through any major cards, which obviously it is. They confirmed my shipping info and talked to me about the weather and my job. Very friendly and outgoing people which is where I fell into the trap. With all the hooplah going on I did not realize they were charging me for all these magazines that I didn't even want. So when I realized I told them I don't want this, I thought this call was about a contest. They told me a payment had already been processed and that I did know about the subscription. I put up a fight and told them to cancel and return my money and was hung up on. Then another man called me I told him to cancel he said okay and we hung up. Then a woman called me I told her I said to cancel and since she is now calling I guess my request was not processed. She asked why I wanted to cancel I told her because its a scam I already looked them up on the internet. I continued to tell her to cancel and I was once again hung on. And I am not so lucky to have been called at a convenient time where the payment and my card could be cancelled immediately. People are grimey and I most def learned a very valuable lesson tonight. They do ask your age and are clearly targeting young and naive people such as myself. I had a bad feeling and stupidly continued with the call. Just hang up on these people no matter how friendly and personable they may sound!

These people just called me this week. They said I won a diamond ladies watch and that I had been automatically entered into a contest to win a million dollars because I was a visa card holder. They said I would get three magazines free for 68 months. I went on their website and the number they have listed does not even belong to them. Smh. I'm going to cancel the order before they take money off off my card. Thank goodness I found this website because I finally have their number.

This happened to me today and I was hanging out with my friend so I was extremely distracted when I was talking to them. Just called them to cancel the "subscriptions," but their offices were closed. Don't think I need to call now though because I've cancelled my card so no money will be taken out of it. Called my bank, told them about an unauthorized charge on my card. They closed my card and told me to give them a call once the pending status on my account went through. I feel so stupid, I normally never fall for this stuff, and I answered because I'm waiting for job interviews and also thought it was one of the places giving me a call for an interview. It was a blocked number and I normally don't answer those, but as I said I was very distracted already since I was with my friend and we were playing video games and such.
