I received one also, the funny thing is they spelled the name of the company wrong, it's Quik Cash and their home office is based in Kansas, not Texas. I did my research.

I just spoke to this guy on the phone. I received a letter in the mail with part of my social security on it and my current address. The guy tried to get me to fax him my bank statement. I said I don't know who you are but I know my credit score is golden and I've never borrowed a dime in my life outside of car loans and mortgage. He threatened me with turning me to the DA lol and I told him that is a complete scam line. He eventually got sick of me calling all his bs lines and hung up on me. I was very nice so he couldn't try to threaten me too bad. scam scam scam

After threatening to turn bogus info over to the DA in Houston (and then hanging up on me) I called the DA...they said they don't accept "loan fraud" and they cannot report this to them. FEEL FREE TO CONTACT THIS IDIOT SCAMMER...I CALLED HIM ALREADY 3 TIMES TODAY LOL I hope he has unlimited calling on that cell #

Keith Moore contacted me as well address 3801 Omeara Ste 306 Houston Tx 77025 877-324-4870 ext 501 I have already reported this supposed company to the FTC and will be filing a police report as well. When I called them back and begin asking questions like phone numbers, address emails, website what my previous address was they could not give me any answers. I think this is huge scam.

This number belongs to the 'Fraud Investigation Department' of a Quick Cash Payday Loans. They may also send you a bu***hit letter designed to scare you of a pending 'fraud investigation'.

I just got 2 TEXT messages on my cell with the same message, they are going to take out $984.00 from my account today, to cancel call 888-306-1316. Then the next message says: Remove? Rply19. I am not about to respond to this because it is obviously a scam, and have no idea how they even got my #. Not taking chances on them getting any more info on me. Be aware, everyone!!

Same number is calling me and saying that they are going to take 984.00 out of my existing account, then to call 866-306-1316 if this is incorrect or reply ?19.   This is a scam. When I did call, they asked me my name first and my number and wanted to know my address...I didn't give them any of the information. This is a scam. Report to FTC

Thank you so much. I called them 3 times today trying to discuss this. My call was either dropped or they gave me loud irritating music and never came  to the phone. I will now let my attorney handle it.

I did not get a call, but I was contacted by mail by the same people, with the same phone number listed as a contact. The 'return address' is 3801 Omeara Suite #306, Houston,TX 77025. Sounds like a buncha bs to me. What is scary about it though is that they have at least the first five digits of my social.

Does anyone have a physical address of this Mr Moore and his fraud investigation unit? They refuse to give it to me when I call. They tell me that the actual company Quick Cash will no longer deal with me. They refused a paper check for this account that is almost 4 years old. Told me that I have to send  western union. They would not give me any information about the actual company Quick Cash.

My best friend of 20 years recived this call for me but got her last name wrong I called it and all the information is wrong they said this happed at a address I did live at yet. Then they gave me a choice to put money in western union or at bank of america I called the bank and the bank manager told me not to do it this is a scam. And the can take me to court.

I received a letter in the mail from these people and NOTHING checks out.  The address doesn't exist, the letter doesn't have a date or anything.  I did report them to the Federal Trade Commission.  And I will see what more I can do to stop them.

Just got 3 phone calls from Mr. Moore. He's been calling me at work. Had the same situation as above posts. He said that he was going to turn me over to the DA for fraud. After reading the other posts, I think this is a scam.

Just received a phone call on my cell from Investigator Moore and that they were working on a fraud investigation that had my name on it. Said to call 888-306-1316 ext 501. I have had a call like this before and I called back thinking I was doing the right thing.it was for a payday loan that my ex took out in my name and never paid back. Now they are coming after me. This particular call sounds too fishy for me to be concerned about now. Like I tell all my collectors, I will get to you when I get to you...

Some BS...Got a message from Mr. Moore with the Fraud investigation Dept saying something about important discussion that needs to happen today and I need to call back. Then left a phone # 888-306-1316 and ext 502. Something didn't sound quite right so I called back from my work phone and someone picked up sounding exactly like the "Mr. Moore" who left me the message but said his name was Daniel Dixson. I asked the name of the company and he told me Fraud investigation Dept, I asked again and he said Quick Cash. Too fishy for my taste especially cause it came up as a "private" on my cell phone caller ID vs the usual "unknown number" or actual 800 # I get from legitamate companies.

Payday loan scam. Never ever thought of taking out a payday loan! Said I need to pay 1k or be sent to collections,said he was going to report me to IRS as income on a 1099. Uses names like Daniel Dixon or T.John Roberts.
