I keep getting calls from 1-888-306-2574. It is an automated message talking about great deals at the Sports Authority (SA) in Turnersville, NJ. The message initially provides another 800 number to call to opt-out, but they only say it once and the machine says it to fast to write it down.  However on the SA website, there is no store in Turnersville, NJ. I think it may be a scam. Anyone else?

It's not a scam...there is a sports authority in turnersville. You get stuck on their list when you give your phone number at check out.

Sports Authority.  They keep calling midday.

So you reported them 2 times, but no one else has.  

they have to have more then one person filing complaints and since you are the first to report it here - probably the only one receiving the call.  


Just because it does not stop as soon as you report it does not mean they are not doing anything. NOTHING HAPPENS THAT QUICKLY!  FIGURE IT OUT

I've reported this number to donotcall.gov twice now.  They don't seem to care as they haven't done anything about it.
