I have received phone calls from this company. When I asked for a fax number to prove that the debt was paid off, the rude man on the other end of the phone told me there was no fax. Really, a debt collector with no fax. He yelled at me and then hung up. Who does business like that anyway?

Just started getting these calls today and they called my brother & my work. The lady then called my cell phone but her mistake was....I got her number!!! 231-828-823X (it's not 2-9 nor 0) she frickin called my phone like 15 different times. she funcked with the wrong person!!! I will find her & harASS her...smh they say I have charges pending, gave me a claim # & want a Release Order...

This company is identifying themselves as United Firm, supposedly a legal firm representing a company that has already been paid off. They are asking for a credit card number in order to avoid legal action in order to pay off a debt that was paid off two years ago.

I I am getting the same message. He gets real aggressive on the voice mail when he says been notified and charges against you and then he slams the phone down.he calls at least 4 times in a row before leaving a message. Funny stuff.

Guy claims to be a John Black and that he received a claim against me and that I needed to contact 8883153483 to settle the matter before charges are filed and that by listening "I have been notified," but a simple phone message isn't being served at all its just a scare tactic.  If a debt collector is ever gonna take you to court, you would be served certified mail or possibly an actual server.  Caller ID on my phone showed 9724795343.

I have received the same message from the same company using the exact same tactics. How the H*11 do they have my maiden name? Will be calling credit reporting companies requesting information on who has been accessing my records.

received a call from unknown number, did not answer, and they left this number to call back. says it is a legal matter and that i will be sued and " you have been notified". i called the number back and it says acs offices and no one answers when call is transferred. i do not have any  debts and they ask for me by my maiden name. now i found out they called my stepsons house and left a msg saying that i gave this as an alternate number and my husband and i have no contact with his son, at all. they are real jerks on the phone.
