No offense, but you don't sound American either. ;)  Do you work for MyInstantSupport?   Alan sounds exactly like an angry American who is tired of MyInstantSupport calling him constantly and lying to him.  

They call me a couple times a week and pretend like they are in America and have American names.  Usually, when they call, they end up hanging up on me after I ask a couple questions or ask for a phone number or email address.  Only today, after calling me for a couple years, did the caller stay on the line long enough to tell me that they work for My Instant Support.  Originally, they pretended that they worked for Microsoft.

I ask every time to put me on a Do Not Call list and hang up at that point.

I got a call from the company last week and seeing the blogs i got suspicious , but when they said me that they gonna fix up my computer and then charged me , i gave it a try. And trust me my computer started responding much more faster . I went ahead and registered with them and now whenever I have any kind of a issue I call them up on their Toll free Number even at midnight and someone is their. Cool.

Alan, I am quite sure that you are from some rival of Edgesoft Technology Solution. The language you have used in the blog cant be used by an American or British. From the blog it is quite clear that you want to destroy the image of the company, in order to do that you have changed your name thrice and changed your gender twice. That is quite impressive.

I have paid this company $335 on 8th Feb, 2012 and for your information let me tell you they have installed a registered version of renowned antivirus without any kind of extra charge.

I have a website also, EdgeSoft Technology Solution's web developers are taking care of the site now and I am relaxed now from those issues which I have faced.

This company is going to open their direct touch shops in US within June.

Bryan could you please tell me what was the issue with your computer and how much you have paid.

I have paid them via Paypal. they have only two choices paypal or plimus. Bryan, I dont think you are one of their customer. Because you dont know the gateway even by which you have paid. :)),

It is quite clear to me that you are from a rival of EdgeSoft Technology Solution / myinstantsupport. They have a Case details crm in there website. If the registered customer will log in he/she can see his/her all support requests and their statuses. I don't thing a single company is providing the facility as off now apart from this company.

So dude you need to be a bit clever, intelligent and you should study to gather knowladge. Either become complete dumbo or a master, with 20% of knowledge which you have don't write on the blogs, it proves you are not a good human being and harming the society. You should see the movie Coach Carter. Trust me that will help you to become a man from a kid.

So read and gather knowledge first. I can bet a single guy has changed three names to become a Trojan for EdgeSoft Technology Solution  .... Suzanne, Alan, Bryan. I know in future you will do the same again.    


So dont be a fake. take the service first then use it then write blogs.

Yes, they have screwed up my computer. I have asked for refund & they are asking reason & prove that they have screwed up my computer.

I have registered with them last month and after the registration I have taken support thrice,however they resolved my issue.

These sucker will call you & will take the access of your computer through Log me in & then they will open up the form which is of Xoom Money Transfer. And then they will charge you as per their wish. Do not give access to these sucker. They will suck all your hard earned money.

Hi Guys, f**king scammers... when i told them that i had a mac, the dog started whimpering..... beware!!!! myinstantsupport is a complete scam....

Definitely a scam...... Suckers started telling me that my harddrive was gonna crash.... gave me a tolll free number to call... turned out that the number was of a different legit company.....

Got a call from a company and asked for me by name. I told to leave a message and he claimed that the person he wants to speak with (my name) has a virus on the computer. His accent was Middle Eastern. I didn\'t return the call, but googled the number, only to find out that it is a scam.
