Called with recorded msg that didnt indicate the company. Chose to speak to someone since didnt know who it was, was left on hold 15 mins, hung up as I'd already sent payment.

Much agreed with you!! I wouldn`t apologize..................... just send another bill!! I didn`t answer the phone when they called! I make payments just like everyone on this earth!!! They will get there money in time!!!!

I got a prior call from SSM when I was driving and I was rude - I apologize for that. I explained to the caller that you will get paid when I get the money and hung up on him.  Now - Sorry I didn't save in advance for my emergency room visit. I will be getting paid at end of month and see what I can pay at that point. If you didn't charge so much I could pay it off completely right now.
