I recieved the same threating call one morning from a monique thomas saying that NCS was going to serve me papers for a loan that i opened up on loan.com. Loan.com is not even a real website to apply for loans. If there is anyone that has received this same message threating to take to court, or arrest you for a debt that you owe from NCS, please report this. Please call the Federal Trade Commission 877-382-4357 or www. ftc.gov. THAT IS A SCAM!!!

Collections call for a payday loan. They threaten to come serve you at your work or residence. If they do call, I would answer or call them back and work it out.

I just received a call this morning from a lady stating that they will come to my place of employment or my house with the police to serve me papers. What the heck is going on here???? I have not done anything wrong, these people are crazy and I have got to put a stop to them calling my place of employment.

i just received the same call saying that I owe cash jar some money that I took out. I explained to the person that I did not take out the loan. this happen last year. I went to my bank and explained to them that I suspect fraudlant activities on my acct. The bank never did anything to rendered the situation. Why would I take out a payday loan and where we I get the money to repaid them. She told me that I am held accountable for it.

They called threatening a lawsuit saying they had court papers and that they were coming to my home. I have never heard of them. I did not finance a car. I haven't had a license in over 15 years.

I guess these guys are making their rounds. Something about a fraudulent check that was presented to a financial institution for payment. They will only give the person (Whom I do not even know) 2 hours to call them back to settle the matter out of court or they will be served at their place of employment and or residence and this is the official notice that they have made contact.

I was left a message at work that was a blocked number and said they were a process server attempting to serve me at work or home that I was to call immediately. WTH?? I have no idea what this could be... I hope it's just a mistake.
