I purchased an excursion and my BOA Account got charged $198.00. I never received a confirmation e-mail and when I called 888-322-6286 I just get a busy signal.

I did not receive or made a phone call from/to this number, but I have been charged 1224.44US$ on my BMO MasterCard, from a company called e-travel reservation which give this number (888-322-6286) as reference. I never made any transaction with them!

I was just trying to figure out what this charge was on my credit card. Glad I read this because AMX (Bank of America) told me to contact them, but as stated above the number is either off the hook or busy every time.

I did not receive a phone call. This month I found two charges to my AX card from this number on my AX card. One for $99.99 and one for $299.97. I called the number several times only to get a recording that all circuits are busy every time.
AX is investigating.
