Call them back and  ask  who they are trying to reach. If it is not you - tell them  and  they will stop calling ... If it IS you you might have unpaid bills ! ! !

They call 2 to 3 times a day. If you see that number on your id caller don't anser.

Did it end after you called them?

As I get calls now. I pressed "2" to tell them the person they're looking for is unknown here.

And is it CBV Collections for sure? As if they continue bugging me I start bugging them. Don't wanna hurt them is case it's not CBV Collections.

Je recoit constament ce téléphone avec ce numéro plusieurs fois par jour et il si je répond il me metten en attends et plus rien. Je suis tanné de recevoir ces appels si cela continue je vais entreprendre des procédure.

Getting calls from this # many times per week ...answered once..calling wrong person. Just sent them email with article of collection agencys law because they are illegal!! hope they will sttop...anything more to do ?

ça fait des mois qu'ils appellent ici pour collecter qqun qui habite plus ici depuis 2 ans. j'ai beau leur dire d'arreter   ils contineuent  d'appeller et 80% du temps ils raccrochent eux meme apres la période d'attente.   c'est une compagnie de con....si leurs clients savaient ccomment ils traitent les dossiers...ils en perdraient bcp de clients.

This number just called my house - although not my line - looking for me.
If anyone has issues with CBV and do not want to receive their automated phone calls then send a fax to 450-975-1702. If you have an outstanding debt that they are trying to collect and they are harrassing you with their calls then state in the fax that they are to only contact you by mail. That should stop the phone calls.

They call 16 times a day. I pressed the reject button, but they still manage to get two rings across before it stops. If it is a collection agency, well the people they are looking for moved out about one year ago. I am tired of this and i dont know what to do next!!!!!

      J'ai appellé a ce numéro: 1 888-326-1103, étant bien exactement une agence de recouvrement CBV, la personne se nommant étant M. Omar et en leur donnant mon numéro de dossier et n'ayant eu aucun probleme, avec cette personne en ligne. Etant plutot pour payer ce du ou bien prendre arrangement. Ce dernier en étant poli et tres gentil. Merci!

I've called these people back because they were calling me 5 times a dany and no one ever answered.  when i called them, they wanted to speak with someone I didn't know. They told me they were sorry and would take my name off their list... The calls stopped for 3 weeks. I called them back again, and was given the same speech about my number being taken off their list. The calls stopped for a week, now they're calling again!! I've listed my number in the national do not call list months ago... I'm out of ideas on how to stop these annoying calls

That same number (888-346-1103) has been calling us almost everyday of the week for last last month and a similar thing happens, as has been mentioned by you all:  a French recording tells me to stay on the line regarding an important matter, and then the line goes dead.  I just don't answer now but I don't know how to get it to stop.

I have been getting these calls from CBV Collections in Laval for about two months with the same results as everyone else - a recorded message asking me to wait and then after a minute or so being cut off. I finally called them in Laval (450-972-1611) and got through to an agent who said they were looking for someone who used to have this number. She said she would remove my number from their system. Will see if that puts an end to it. Hopefully that is all it takes as they were getting really annoying.

I received a call on my cellphone from 888-326-1103 friday, I didn't answered, then another today. It was a recorded msg telling me that an important message was following, I waited a few seconds and hung up. I called 1-888-326-1103 back using my office phone and asked who they are. The woman told me "CBV" : a recovery agency. As I don't have suffering credit, I asked her why I was receiving calls from them. She asked for my cell phone number, which I refused to give her. She then told me "Have a nice day" and hung up.

I received this call this 2 october in french. They said to wait that an agent will take the call. I waited 20 seconds and then it hungs up by itself.

Very frustating and unnerving. Do i have a problem ?  Is someone wants to collect me ?  I have no debts.

I got a call from this number today, an automated message in French telling me to hold the line and I would be transferred to a representative. Then the line went down.
