Answered but no one spoke. I am a suntrust customer

Scam call. Said it was Suntrust but wanted me to give them my account numbers. The real Suntrust would never ask for your account numbers.

This number called me and it is a SCAM! Said it was Suntrust but kept asking me for my account numbers. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Just answered a call from (888) 327-3782.  She said she was from Suntrust and wanted to make sure I received my welcome package and cards when I opened the account. Just a basic welcome and to make sure everything was going okay.  She did ask if I was planning on buying a car any time soon and what we were doing for emergency funds. I told her I wasn't interested and she said if I did become interested at a later date just to contact Suntrust.

Always Answer These Types Of Calls - They Have To Pay For Completed Call.  Keep Them Talking As Long As Possible With Fake Info So They Have To Pay More.

Call was from Suntrust, or the call center they hired to promote their newest offer. Older woman, very nice. First she asked if I had received each of two mailings (hadn't), then verified what branch I opened my account at, offered me the newest promos, and I can verify that they were accurate as I was just there today. I don't do anything with money over the phone on general principals, and wasn't looking for a new type of account anyway. "Please rate your service at your last transaction..." and everything was good. If I HAD been looking to change my account features, she would have been the person I would have wanted.

First time called me 03/29/11 about 6:15 pm. I answer but he said something so fast, I been quiet to make sure that was a person or machine but then he hang up.
Second called 03/30/11 about 4:20 pm. I ignore it becasue I remember this number. No message left.

I missed a call from 8883273782 and called back.  An individual answered and said i called the Suntrust executive office and went on to say that in order to route my call to the proper individual, he needed by Account Number and SS#.  Of course I said no and hung up.

This number showed up on caller ID, said "Suntrust Bank" on 5-29-10.
It has shown up before, I would bet it is a scam.

Call 7/29/2009 @3:21 PM.  Left no message.

Was "Aisha" from All State. Wanted to discuss my home owners insurance policy with me.  Left message.  Do not use All State.

Started receiving calls with only Unknown Name shown.  Turned on Caller Block & 888-327-3782 showed up.  They always hang up when I answer or leave no message when I don't.

This is Suntrust (UNKOWN on caller I.D.) May I have your S.S.# please?

Called again today 8/27/09... This is Suntrust calling may we speak to... we will call back.

Suntrust. they asked for my S.S #.. i think it might be a scam

They called me at 3:41 am. Rang once.Then hung up.

I opened a new account at Suntrust about 2.5 months ago.  They called me from this number wanted info about my bank stuff and I am old, slow, forgetful but I did not answer her questons.  I was at my bank the next time it was open for business and the lady there said yes, they do call about the service you got while you were here and I said I wish you had told me.  Now I went back to the same suntrust last week and again this week and they are calling again and again.  I think that the callers work for many different banks and perhaps other businesses too.  When I remember it I will ask my bank to get me off their calling list or I will remove my money from there.  The caller did sound like she did not know enough about me to have my records from Suntrust.  Never trust anyone calling you if you don't check with your back first but don't give your information out to calls; tell them you do not want to talk about your private business especially your banking business!!!  that is what I told the one I talked to for a minuter or two.

Please be careful when this number calls, 888 327-3782 shows as Unknown Calledr on Caller ID, the person said calling from SunTrust Bank for my mother. It sent red flags up everywhere since there is no reason for SunTrust to be calling and it sounded like a male trying to be female. I told them not to call back and I'd have her call the bank on Monday. You could tell they didn't like this and I refused any information as to when they could reach my mother.

This IS SunTrust bank.  The call was a "courtesy call" for thanking me for moving my business to them.  There was no sale at all, just customer service!   Nice to know that there CAN be good guys at the end of those toll-free calls coming in!

Received call on cell phone.  I did not answer and they did not leave a voicemail.  I called the number back and it was SunTrust.

let me clarify...it could be a scam so follow my advice and never give account info. over the phone.. i only said it wasnt a scam, thinking that it would be the customer service survey but it always could be a scam

I work at SunTrust and I also recieve calls from this number. Although I dont answer it ethier. It is ethier one of two calls. A -- it is a survey asking about our customer service at the bank. B -- it may be just a follow up to see how well suntrust is meeting your banking needs.
My gut tells me it is the first one though because usually your local branch performs the follow-up. Ethier way it is not a sales call nor is it a suspcious scam to get account or personal info. If that happens hang up and report it right away.

Today they called me three times, yesterday twice oh my gave me a three day break and called twice again and the day before that once.  If it's important leave a message.   Great iphone app "IBlacklist" ... see ya >>(888) 327-3782.

This number began calling this past Sat. and has called once or twice each day since.  Today is Tues.  Each day a message is not left.  It's annoying, but I guess they will stop if I continue not to answer.

Received a calll from this number on 24Jan11(twice) and on 25Jan11(once). Do not recognize the number so did not answer. Not sure what entity/company this number is from.

Sun trust told me it was a scam number. Do not give them any info. People are jerks to try and steal from others.
