Yes you can do that on line.

Just do a search for each company.  The alert contact is easy to find on some & very hidden on others.  You may have to do a few searches to find the correct link.  Just make sure you don't sign up for a program.  The alert should be no charge considering your phone call.

I accidentally called a number, I had a really long day and maybe my hair was pulled back too tight. The menu sounded identical to where I was meaning to call, but long story short the guy got my email, physical address, date of birth and my first and last name!!! When he asked me for my credit card or bank information I said no thanks! Can destroy my world or what? When I called back I had my fiancé record the guy
