Yes you can do that on line.

Just do a search for each company.  The alert contact is easy to find on some & very hidden on others.  You may have to do a few searches to find the correct link.  Just make sure you don't sign up for a program.  The alert should be no charge considering your phone call.

I accidentally called a number, I had a really long day and maybe my hair was pulled back too tight.
