Received two messages from this number from a Jim Wilson saying that he received a sealed letter with my name and social security number in it and said if I had any questions to call him. He said the company in question was looking to take to court or something. Then he called back and said since he had not received a cease and desist letter in the mail, that he would personally deliver the summons to me at my house or place of employment. Two days later, still waiting for Mr. Wilson to show up. Nice try you scum sucking debt collector.

Process Server, Ken Davis left a message on my voice mail. Was looking for a Robert Frenkle ~ sorry wrong number dude..do these people realize life is short, they really need to get one..If they call back again, I will ask him for Tom Walker or Brian Kimm...

I received a call from a process server who identified himself as Tom Walker and told me that he was going to serve me but if I called the above number they could stop it... I called the number and spoke to Brian Kimm. He wouldnt tell me the company

I too just got a call from aprocess server that said I could stop the process if I called the number. I called it and they wanted my ss number. His name is Brian Kimm

I recieved a call from this number, saying a lawsuit had been filed against my husband, and papers would be served, a second call from the same number said the papers would be served today (8/18/11)!
He gave his name as Jim Wilson. What can I do to stop these threatening phone calls.

Continuously calls and never leaves message.  Then they called my family today and was threating me to them. When i call back i cant get a answer.

I ALSO GOT A CALL THAT WAS THE SAME WAY, BUT IT WAS FOR MY MOTHER. THEY CAN'T TALK TO YOU ABOUT ANY INFO AT ALL BECAUSE ITS 3RD PARTY INFOMATION.. YOU ALSO CAN TELL THEM TO REMOVE YOUR NUMBER.. AND IF THEY CALL YOU BACK THEN THE PLACE CAN BE TURNED IN TO THE FB. NOT FBI.. AND IF THEY CALL YOU BACK ITS 10,000 FINE.

OK SO MY FAMILY MEMBER KEEPS GETTIN CALLS FROM UNKNOWN  NUMBER.. KIM REESE THREATENING TO COME TO MY JOB AND SERVE ME PAPERS. THE DEBT IS FROM A PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY THAT WAS A SCAM AND NEEVER ANSWERED THE PHN WHEN I WANTED TO PAY BACK IN FULL. THEY CLEANED OUT MY ACCOUNT EVERY TWO WEEKS. IT WAS ABOUT 200 BUCKS, THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE AND THE VOICMAIL MESSAGE SHE LEFT IS SO RUDE. IVE NEVER RECIEVED A PAPER IN THE MAIL ABOUT OUTSTANDING DEBT. THIS IS CRAZY. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE SUING ME HOWEVER THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT A MONEY ORDER FOR PAYMENT? HELP! NATIONAL CHEX SYSTEMS IS THE NUMBER SHE LEAVES ON THE VOICEMAIL  BUT SHE HAS NO DIALBACK NUMBER

Ive been getting calls from a "process server" who says i need to call that same number to prevent him coming out and serving me papers to appear in court. Ive never heard of any legit process server that calls you ahead of time and also says you can stop it by calling a 888 number! It has to be a scare tactic by an collection agency!

Family member got a call looking for me stating they are going to take me to court and I will be arrested at home/work if I dont call. I returned the call. they are a skip-tracing collection agency. they find famil/friends if they cant locate you directly on behalf of outstanding balances through credit cards & banks. The messages they leave are in violation of the FDCPA...  they appear to be collection bullies.

I also just received a call from this number threatening to take action against me if I do not follow-up with them. These kinds of calls are absolutely ridiculous!

I also got a message regarding a pending lawsuit and I have no idea who this person or company is.However I am concerned that they have my SSN and my telephone number  Who is this?????

Left message on my voice mail saying pending lawsuit, have no idea who the company is the caller is calling for or from. Or why there would be a pending lawsuit against me. Concerned about where this call came from, they also said they have my SSN, No idea who this is.
