This number was on my bank statement listed to Biz Host 82510 Warren Ave, no city, no zip, WY. I called it because they had taken 39.99 out of my account without my permission. They said they couldn't authorize a refund and refused to give me any information about their business except that they were in Florida.

2 charges of 39.99 on 06/19 and 06/21. B of A was no help at all when I tried to dispute the charges. The best I could get was they said they would not charge me again. No one could or would ever tell me what I was supposed to have bought.

Some type of recreation company is what my CC company told me. B of A says I have to pay it but I don't plan on doing that.

June 17 and June 21 each date was a charge of $39.99 on the bill I just got. I will try to call the company. Don't know what these are. Was told by my credit card company that I will have to change my number if I dispute it.

I too had 2 payments of $39.99 deducted from my bank account. I called them and they simply dont have any answers. A supervisor is always in a meeting or at lunch. Where do they get their information from anyway. Is there some type of follow up contact for this inquiry. Who can I call to get my money back?

Us too. It's a fragment of GOOGLE BIZ KIT, a scam. Even if you cancel with GOOGLE BIZ KIT, these charges will NEVER go away. I am going to work with BBB Online to close these clowns down.

I got 2 X $39.99 charges in my June's bank statement, the description is just 'BIZ HOST 888-361-3911'. I also need to dispute this charge w/ my credit card company

I also had 2 $39.99 charges on my account in June..... I sat on hold for awhile before hanging up. I will just dispute the charges with my credit card company.

ME TOO! Three weeks ago I called to have them refund me $39.99 X TWO, charged to me in June. Still have not seen the refund to my credit card. The 888 number takes you to a call center in India (the name Adam Garcia does not fool me) They also told me they are in Tampa, but likewise would not actually say what the business is. I'm making a report to my credit card company.
BTW, they did not call ME, this number was on my statement and I called them
