Patrick Class from SAR called the line we use on our computer and left a message for me to call him at 888-959-8878 extension 139.  He asked for my number at work.  Very glad they didn't give it to him.

Called as a "Tod McCoy" for a co-worker.  Said she had to call back within 90 minutes and that she called THEM a week ago which is b***s***.  When I asked what it was regarding all they said was it regarded her SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER!  I'm glad I didn't transfer her the call.  A***oles.

Phone number 716-707-3882 called my cell phone.  Didn't leave a message.  The same number showed up on my work phone, and I answered (just took a message).  The lady on the phone, Diane Parker, told me to call 888-959-8878 ext 129.  I did not tell her who I was, I just said "She isn't here right now."  I probably shouldn't have even said that, but wanted to figure out who was calling me.

If this happens again, I'll answer my cell phone and tell them they have the wrong number.

First they called my cell phone from 847-637-5906.  Left no message.  Then they immediately called my place of employment twice in a row and left no message.  Then (Paula Smith) called my co-worker and stated they were verifying Verification of Employment on me.  Once she received information, Paula Smith told my co-worker to give me a note to have me to call them.  

This is harrassment on my place of employment on something I do not owe.  

I got a letter from these people......did anybody else get a letter in the mail?

Harrased me at my place of employment and threatened to go after my ASSETS! Would not provide me with  number to call them back at and refused to tell me what this was all about. Number appeared as "blocked".

fact is all of their accounts are out of statute they really have no recourse other than to call continually; they buy these accounts from other companies for pennies on the dollar; anything that they get you to give them actually is win win for them;my suggestion would be to check your credit bureau yourself and decide whether not you want to pay

They have been calling me also I spoke to Jerry extension 124 yesterday claiming that I owe Verizon 1,800 from 2001 wanting me to make a payment funny thing is I called Verizon today and my social security number has never had a Verizon account but these people have my social number it's a big scam don't fall for it .....

This company called me on a debt from 2001 for $1000.00+ to Verizon, under a previous married name that I haven't used since 1996.  Then they tell me the number exchange is from Brooklyn...I haven't lived in Brooklyn since 1992.  Scary that they not only have your info. & social security number, but when you argue with them, they now have your updated information.

First they called my cell phone from 847-278-0510.  Left no message.  Then I immediately got a call at work which I figured out was from them.  I asked how they got my number, and they said the phone records, whatever the hell that even means.  I haven't owed any debts for years and years, so I don't know what debt they could have supposedly bought - I thought I'd settled all my old accounts, and anything older would have been before I started this job.  Anyway, the company is Financial Asset Resolution, LLC.  They want me to pay over $500 from a supposed original balance on a card (which I don't recall having ever owned) plus over $250 interest.  Are they kidding?  I'm not paying them damn near $800.  I'm sending them a letter to verify this debt NOW.  Otherwise, eff them.

I told them i spoke to a lawyer and they ignored me.  Calling peoples jobs is ridicules.

The Fakers are out,  pretending to be victims.  Using their make believe world to  suggest what can happen if you don't pay them scam money....  Overly uses..".OMG!!"   "Refuses to send validation"   "Ask them to stop but they don't"     "Called Human Resourses" (their new scare weapon of mass destruction)   and all of this after getting  "advised by a lawyer"..     This is a suggestion tactic to further instill a "Fear of what scam collectors can do to you"     cheap maggots.

They just called my job, refused to send something by mail.  I asked him to please not call my place of employment and that i was advised by a lawyer.  After i said thank you and hung up he called 2x to speak to human reseorces and a manager.  OMG this is awful.

They call my cell phone, they call my house phone, they won't leave a message, they won't send me anything in writing, they keep quoting a credit report that is over 7 years old.  When I ask for them to mail me something in writing on Company letterhead then it gets ugly. Jon Nelson or Mark Walker will start yelling at you.  And now they have found my work number, so I'm reporting them to the BBB.

OMG they have even called my job.

This is an extremely old debt that they called about today.. Obviously a scam.

They are getting your work number too.  The company name FAR.   Received a call from these fakes using a cell phone 847 area code suburb of Chicago guess they will try anything to trick you into sending money.

Paid off this debt years ago...and then filed bankruptcy a few years after that. AND THEY STILL CALL!! Why? because they were sold a f****d up bill of goods from a previous agency...and ASSUME...all of us are stupid deadbeats who don't keep records on bills we've paid off or have been absolved from by the courts.

Obviously...this company doesn't have the guts to call me directly...and call my parents instead.
So...now it's up to lawsuit time.

this company reliant financial keeps calling my ex roommates parents that live in another state!! i have no idea how they linked my roommate with her parents house number!! i asked David Steel the case manager there and he stated it was on my acct. i told him that was a lie because i only lived with my roommate for several mos and never had any accts of persoanl busines swith her besides paying rent! he was trying to collect an old debt that my exwife had about 7 yrs ago i told him it was closed with a bankruptcy. he states he does not work over that mail he has to resolve over the phone i told him that i could not agree to nothing w/o written proof.

These guys have been bugging me for years. I thought about sending them the release letter from the legit debit collector. My wife said to google the number. I'm glad I did.

Won't take no for an answer. Name was Abraham.  Have no idea what his call was about but other complaints are listed on the internet from this number.

I received a call from 8889598878, from an extremely rude man named Bill Turner Ext. 114. He stated that I owed a Credit Card Debt of $1000 from over 7 years ago, but was willing to accept a settlement offer for $700. After telling him that I've never owned a credit card ever in my life, he proceeded to tell me that I had over 18 other items on  my Credit Report. He was too pushy and rude in situation that I would have thought a professional would have been more courteous. He had a lot of my personal information and even threatened to contact my employer to start wage garnishment. After discussing the call with my wife we have come to the conclusion that this must be a scam.

Nicole keeps calling me after I told her she has the wrong number.

Ok so these people are calling me and i keep asking me to prove the debt, its NOT on my credit report and they keep threatening to put it on there. So lets see, if this debt is from 2006, then please tell me if its in collections the original creditor would have reported it and i would know about it well before now, not to include see it on my credit report that I receive quarterly. Really people, I AINT STUPID. I told them it was probably a fraud issue and they need to provide me info for the original creditor so i can deal with them. They asked me for a police report, how can you report fraud if the item is not on your credit.....again I AINT STUPID.

Do not answer these call. I now have them blocked. They just use searches to find new numbers for you. Be careful when you are filling out surveys and such online, because they will disguise themselves as such to establish a database of phone numbers for people. And then that information is sold to other collection companies and so on.

Sylvia Rodriguez called and said she "needed" a phone call back. Do not return phone calls from these people. They are debt collectors from debts that are 7-10 years old. They can not do anything to you. My credit score is in the high 700s and this woman keeps calling me to collect an old debt. Obviously whatever debt she is accusing me of owing doesn't really matter because it has not affected my credit score. DONT ANSWER IF THIS NUMBER SHOWS UP ON YOUR CALLER ID. IGNORE THE CALLS!!
