This is a scam and from this day forward KARMA will come back to haunt ALL of those involved with this company!!!  Why people do these kinds of things to innocent people is Unbelievable and they should all suffer for what they have done.... Got the same prob and issues. Sadly have to cancel my visa debit card to stop this scam. The bank gave 2 options. 1. To cancel it right away and file a dispute to further the investigation; 2. To wait after the clearing period, and if the charging is successful its when to file the dispute. The bank cant do nothing about it since we somehow authorized them to deduct. So, filing a dispute is the best option and cancel your card right.away to stop them from doing it again.

Chitra, please contact the bank that issued your card on the next available business day. Tell them exactly what happened and ask that they reverse the charge.

I ordered from this company, and my credit card has been charged $176.20, they said order details would be sent via email. no order received and also I cannot contact them, the product too has not been received. Yep, The same thing has happened to me & I've only just found out. God knows how much they have taken from my bank account. I'll be finding out through the bank in the morning & blocking them from my account. So glad I seen these comments, absolutely shattered. I'm a single mum, not impressed!

I too was scammed by a company claiming to represent Garcinia Cambogia.  I responded to a coupon for 2 bottles for the cost of shipping.  They charged my card $160.00.  I also tried to cancel the order 3 minutes after seeing the charge to my card and was told it was impossible the product was shipped automatically upon end of transaction.  They informed me to return the product for a refund and I complied.  Upon two weeks in, I had not received the product so I called and was told their shipping department was down and to wait another week.  I returned the product immediately after receiving it and a week later called them in reference to my refund and was told they never received it.  I was shipped gave them a tracking number to prove they had the returned product and was then told that the product wasn't returned within 14 days of the order; therefore I was not eligible for a refund.  I then filed a claim online to the Better Business Bureau of Riverton,Utah which is where the product was shipped from and then back.  That also was bogus.

First, fully explain to your bank, in person if possible, that the charges are the result of a misdirection scam. Through deception, you were tricked into providing your account info, therefor your info was stolen.
Next, request the preform a "Charge Back". This means the bank will reverse the charges, returning your money.

Oh god, me too, I am actually an educated person, and you would think I would know better:
1. I did a stupid survey that popped up on my facebook page (prior to log in), it looked like it had some connection to face book. I had 3 products to pick from so I chose the diet pills.
2. Got the invoice via email approx. 4 weeks later on 11 Feb. 2014, no charge other then $2.99 NZ for postage only.
3. On 14 Feb 2014 $179.00 NZ taken out of my bank
4. I rang the US in a panic and after talking to some silly 'person' with a really bad American accent, told I was I would be getting a refund.  She tried telling me off for not reading the fine print when I agreed to get the product at the end of the survey, she also tried to do the 'refund half and receive the product', but I declined quite strongly on the phone and told her i wanted all my money back.  Then I emailed back on the invoice to confirm my conversation and asked for them to reply, no reply.
5. Mean-while I rang the bank to cancel my account (my bank states that when the refund comes back they will catch it an throw it into my new account)
6. 10 days later, still nothing

This all began via a Survey on the internet and I called the phone number (888) 373 3911 to cancel and order my refund.

I, too, was "supposed to be charged" ONLY $2.95, BUT was charge $159.00.  I have since returned the product, which was NEVER opened on Jan 24, 2014 and I am still waiting for my refund, which was supposed to be back in my account within 5-7 business days.  I am sorry but 5-7 days was up long ago.  I call them every day and get no results, they have "NO Billing Dept." and NO manager to speak to since per an agent.. "AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP I AM QUALIFIED TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS, BUT NOT QUALIFIED TO DESIGNATE A TIME FRAME FOR YOUR REFUND."  I am very frustrated and very disappointed.  I will keep trying every single day.  GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU.

I didn't order anything from them yet at 3am this morning I received an email from support@pgcsupport thanking me for me order, then I got a text from my bank saying an amount of R1808, has been reserved for purchases from Prime Auction Planne, my product details as per their email says Membership - Annual. I emailed them back requesting they cancel this as I did not order this and low and behold I get an email back from Business Web Desk. I am just waiting for my bank to to open then I'm gonna try and stop the payment from going thru. I guess this means that I will have to cancel my cc as well, these bloody scheming buggers are making my life difficult

Scam for garcinia cambogia supplement. They charge you and don't send anything. Calls to the support line lead nowhere. Save yourself the trouble and don't order anything from this number.

The same happened to me. I called and they told me my money will be processed back to me in 7-10 business days. I still have not gotten it back. I contacted my cc people and the cops. Am not letting this go without a fight. The so call item is Garcinia Cambogia.

Thank you for the phone number above.  I called and spoke to a young lady by the name of Lynn & she brought up my record and mentioned that I had called on 1/17 and said she would contact billing and take care of it.  They are not the only ones doing this---watch out for an ad that says Google get paid $98/hr and then you call and they say you have to pay a nominal fee like $4.95 for a looksee and decide after 10 days if you want to keep the program.  Two days later I found a charge for $90.90, which was followed by another charge and another totaling $250.36 but get this, billed through different agencies ex:Clicksure and ECommerce.  There may be one other billing place but Ihave to research it.    Good luck

Im furious and sended an e-mail to them if they don't give back my money there will be concequences because i'm not leaving it to this. I really hope they will send me the money or else i'll have to do something about it with cops maybe i hope it will help.

I have the same Problem I agreed to $2.95 free trial. Next morning $159 pulled from my checking account. I have called and was given a number to put on the product when returning it. Everytime i talk to them i hear i am sorry, i understand, i appoligize. If that is true then give me my money back. If Dr. Oz sponsers this company then he needs to know what they are doing. It is a rip off. My next stop is legal action. This is stupid. No supervisors or managers available at any time!! Yeah right.
