This was a call/VM from Microsoft cloud accelerator team. Person stayed on line long enough to enter notes & take up silent space on VM.
Way to go Microsoft, outsourcing your spam calls to India. Thank you, do not come again :)

I am on the Do Not Call list, but still I receive garbage like this.  They call without leaving a message.
