I received a call from Mr. Johnson (ext: 235).  He stated he was working with a copy on obtaining payment for an outstanding account.  I requested that he provide written documentation support the debt and he said he couldn't.  Then he faxed over to my place of employement a letter requesting to garnish my wages.  I called him once I came across fax and he denied sending such.  He then proceeded to request my fax and email address again to send me info.

I recieved a call from this number YESTERDAY & TODAY saying that they had an affidavit with my name and social verifying FRAUD and that I needed to call them right away ext.225.

the esq. Was added to his birth certificate to honor james houser esq. A legit atty. Kristian has been known to use highly illegal software, spoofing,and batt is to the best of my knowledge currently investigating this. He has a long strong history of mental illness,so my advice is,avoid This,kristian johnson at all costs.

i rec'd a msg from these people today. they called my home and left a msg but were wanting my sister who stole my social 2x in the past 10 years. i was left a case # and 888-384-2060 to call back.

i saw that too.  but they do pre-litigation papers which i received from their lawyer.  dont know what i should really do now so im thinking of just getting this out of the way.

you have no idea what you're talking about.  they may be a legit company but they are guilty of violating the rules of the Federal Trade Commission.  They are not the sharpest tools in the shed.  you shouldn't threaten people with getting in trouble...that is also a violation.

There is no such web address as liemanandross.com...so I would be very careful.  This is a scam...If it was a real company they would mail the information not just call and leave silly messages..

So funny, I just got home from work and yet came home listening to a message similar to all of yours about my husbands ex-wife, case #, and the number to call back at, so I called them and rest assure she was blunt and to the point once she discovered I wasns't her, and told her not to call this number back ever again...who the hell are these poeple??

theyre actually not a scam...i thought that too but i had to actually find an attorney and then my attorney handled it all and i had to make my payment

my mother received a call from this number about a lawsuit against me.  I called number back, it was about an old debt for a card I never even had.  When I asked for information to sent to me in writing they said I needed to accept "representation" and set up a payment before they could send me anything.  Total scam jsut like what was on Dateline.

called our home and left message for my husband's ex wife.  she was speaking very quickly, hard to get information...but same as above: urgent matter, need to speak with ***** or her legal representation immediately and referenced docket number...

Received a call for the first time from an investigator. Stating that he had charges pending against "My nickname-Lisa" and my social security number which he did not disclose and that I should call him back or my legal representation immediately. The caller's ID was New York and had a phone number listed but gave the 888.384.2060 number to call back.

I recieve a call from this company theyb gave me alltheir info and attorney who work with them. they also have a web site at liemanandross.com.this might be the first legit  company in a long time. if you have business in their office my advice to you is too call before its too late. i want to put law firm in caller type .this is a validated company. please do not slander this business making people not wanting to call in because it could get themin alot of trouble and cost them alot of money

Received a call from this number, said my name and that they had charges against my name and social security numbers.  They do not identify themselves, but say it is urgent that I call them back.  Thanks to the internet, I now check all these numbers and then delete them.  The BBB should close organization like these down, with the state this country is in, we definately do not need to get these calls.
