Hi, I needed help with bills. I applied for a payday loan with Riverbend. Riverbend approved my loan. I paid it off early. If i needed a short-term loan again. I would choose Riverbend over all other places.

a person named Cesar V emailed me on Sat July 272013 at 3:26 pm stating my loan had been approved...when I came into work on Monday  July 29 I ignored it because I did not recognized the name Riverbend and did not complete an application with them, I was able to login w/my email address & last 4 of SS  # however, could not access the loan agreement, emailed Cesar w/regards to this also stating I did not apply for a loan with them, received no response.  On Aug 5 when I checked my bank account I noticed a $200 deposit on July 29 from Riverbend, again emailed, again no response. Today I had a "LIVE CHAT" with a customer service rep who was of no help told me I needed to email by questions to their customer service email address.  Lo and behold, my alleged loan document was emailed to me during my chat..was told my signature would appear on the document...replied it would be a typed signature and did not mean I applied for the loan..I emailed my questions to Riverbend customer service and quess what NO RESPONSE..THEY ARE A RIP OFF...DON'T KNOW WHAT I WILL DO AS THERE IS A $60 PAYMENT SCHEDULED FOR THIS FRIDAY

Saw this on caller ID on my work phone - didn't answer and glad I didn't!  They called at least 5 times

Rivebend Cash  replied to the email I sent back to them.  The reply was: Sorry we are unable to grant your loan.  It must have been something I said in the email, maybe it was I would not repay any monies deposited into my account or maybe the name Lori Swanson had something to do with it.

Received 5 phone calls from this number today, it is Riverbendcash.com says that my loan application is ready all I need to do is sign application. I never heard of this company before and I never applied for a loan.  I have applied for internet loans before but never from this company as I have never heard of them.  Now I know it is true, these kind of companies do sell you information.  Never will I sign their application and never will I take another internet loan from any company.

Actually called the number back, lady operator stated the name of their business so fast, could not understand. She then asked for my social security number so that she may access my account....nothing but scammers!  Beware.............

They call our company phone and say nothing and then hang up??? Seems like they should have work to do to stay busy, kind of like I DO SO PLEASE STOP CALLING!!!!!!!!
