Same thing happened to me on May 29th 2012. Cos*Intercks.com charged my visa $31.65. I use my card a lot but this is the first time this has ever happened and it went through on my old visa before my new one arrived. So im not sure what I should do, I just noticed this today.

Well, maybe your husband did buy porn? He wouldn't be the first one :-)
In my case, I bought porn online and got charged by this company in a way I hadn't authorized, and I landed on this page by performing a search with the details from my credit card statement.

I contacted my bank regarding a 38.99 charge to my account.  I was given a number from my bank that ended up being the incorrect number to reach the business that charged my account.  I was then given a number for a call center type location and was given the run around about who they were and what my account was charged for.  I did dispute the charge through my bank but was very frustrated and angry about the lack of information I was given from the company taking money from me.  If anyone els is having this issue please post.

just noticed the exact same thing on several bank statements that I didnt examine before.  They used my debit card # !!  How the heck did they get 3 digit security number and dont these "customer service" inquire ?  P.S.  More than one name and phone number for me.  Theyre all subscription sites for internet porn !!!  Card cancelled now.  But how will they credit me back.  What does full reversal mean ?  My bank implying I will only get 1 payment of last 30 days back.

here in California, got a charge for 38.99 with this info on June 30, 2010:

INTERNETPAY 8884032136 888-403-2136 NV

Thanks to this website, I know I'm not alone and reported a fraudulent charge to my credit card company and had them reissue the card.  I'd really love to see these people go to jail, but they're so shadowy, I can't even figure out who they are.  We need to plot some kind of vigilante sting.

Found a charge, traced phone call, triangulated location and paid them a physical visit. I subsequently was greeted by a female called Jane who offered me money to leave them alone; I retorted by flashing my AR15, and subsequently told them I would not be swayed and was greeted by a supervisor who then handed me a briefcase with unmarked bills. I gladly accepted. if anyone wants the location email me @ v_gosu@hotmail.com with subject header "SCAM"

looked at my bank statement and found a charge of $38.99 and called the number witch had me call a different number. Talked to 5 different customer service reps. Stated the they are from Online Membership Services based out of Florida. asked to speak to a supervisor 5 different times. No supervisor came and answered the call.

Same here - 2 charges on the same day (I live in the UK) - £26.70 and £27.30 - my bank gave me their number, googled it, and found several sites saying this is a fraud. Luckily my bank was very helpful - they will reverse the charges and give me a new card.....

My advice: Don't waste your time (and more money) calling this dodgy company, if they are scammers, they won't help you much anyway. Call your bank, have the charges reversed and get your bank to provide you with a new card IMMEDIATELY... There are so many fraudsters out there........

This scam company rips you off and then refuses to provide the company name.  All they say is that they do not support the product charged to your card.  I spoke with Ken Ross who promised to get a supervisor, and then I just waited and waited.

Just saw this on my online statement today.  They said it would take 10 to 15 days to be refunded once it posts to my account.  If it doesn't happen, I'm going to my bank's claims department to dispute it then.  This is bad when it seems to be happening to a bunch of folks in a 72 hour span.  Keep an eye on this tread folks.

Yep all reads the same, these f#%kheads have started scamming Australia. I have alerted the biggest Bank in Australia with all the details. They automatically cancelled my credit card, alerted their fraud department and agreed to monitor and cancel all transactions submitted by this mob. I wouldn't like to be in their shoes as Aussie banks don't like being ripped off. They will go after these pricks with everything especially if enough customers start complaining or are alerted. Yes remember their name folks Finalreps.com

i never had any phone call.. but from january 2010 until now the intercks.com, finalreps.com and csteam.com, all leading to the same webside, has monthly drawn each, 39.95 and 49.95 euros from my account.. Im living in Norway so that is almost 10 000 nok (norwegian kroner), not sure how much that is in dollars... up to 3 account draws a month.. had to close up my account today when we noticed... deeply frustrating, not sure what to do to get my money back, the bank only covers for 4 months, if they accepts my claim.

I can clear this one up a little, though it is a bit embarrassing. I have a card and have given the details to one company only. I signed up for some free internet porn and immediately cancelled the subscription service that came with it, which they acknowledged. Two months later a $39.87 payment was taken from the account with the reference INTERNETPAY 8884032136. No one else had the card details because I had never paid for anything with it or used it for proof of ID etc. I expect they thought they could sneak a payment through.

I am not saying that this applies to the rest of you, but it does suggest a possible explanation. Needless to say I am cancelling the card and getting it reissued with a different number.

Yes u can resolve it by calling ur bank and speaking to the fraud dept. they will also call the number next to the charge. You should cancel your card as soon as possible. We cancelled everything including the email addy used for online purchases, just to be safe.
