Matt Carlyle called and threatened me with a warrant for my arrest if I didn't pay my ex-husband's debt. Please be careful!

Scam, ignore the calls.Also, report to your local FBI office since this scam is crossing state lines.

You CANNOT be arrest for debt.
Debt is a CIVIL matter, not a CRIMINAL matter.

Matt Carlyle just called me today and had everything there is to know about me and that he was arresting me for check fraud. He is definately based out of Atlanta.....He got tired of me talking to him and asking me so many questions that he finally hung up.  He told me by bond was going to be $3,000 in cash and when my court date was. Something needs to be done about this man. Everyone please be smart and watch out!

Got a call from Investigator Matt Carlisle on my co workers cell phone. This guy did have some information about me and my thoughts are hes hacked some how some way into a company I have had buisness with in the past. I got on the phone with him and he proceeds to tell me I have a warrant out on me and as soon as he gets the paper work done it will be sent out and I will be picked up today by, and he named the city and county courthouse where I live . Says he knows my debt wasnt that big but now will all fees and processing it was over $2000.00 and he just wanted to inform me of this . I asked his name again , he gave it to me and his # as 8884068622 when i asked how to spell his name again he hung up .Before the conversation ended he had the nerve to ask me if i could clear this debt today or pay part of it. At that point its clear noone who takes a warrant out on you will give you the chance to make it right whats the point of going through the trouble DUH ! Also the little information he had on me can be purchased online at a simple people seach for $1.95. People this has got to stop there will be some poor soul to really get sidways over this and may just give these people their last because they know no better !! PLEASE CONTINUE TO REPORT THIS GUY AND OTHERS WHO TRY TO SCAM .. BTW. how convienient around the holidays !

Did you get arrested? I had someone call my job. It was the same person saying that I owed 2200.00

Investigator Matt Carlyle called me from this number, said I have a warrant issued for my arrest for internet check fraud? He did have some personal info, but He would not give me details regarding the internet check fraud thing, only stated I was going to jail for 1800.00.

Got a call today stating (didn't catch the guys name) he was VERY RUDE and talked fast, but said he issued an arrest warrant for me for some kind of fraud???

They are very rude especially the guy named Will...  he states he is investigating me and that he will contact my HR and boss.  I told him several times NOT to call me at my place of employment but he just keeps calling back.  They are a scam calling from KML Financial.  They also go by the number of 404-975-4465
