I'm dealing with this company on two matters.  They so far have ignored my requests to reimburse me for funds taken out of my account.  What I have read, everyone is having the same problem with the sale dollar amount, so far under $20.  I think that this company may or may not be involved with the one' who are placing the orders for the AEC FBO MedLink Free Trial Subsciption Program.  The timing falls around my inquiring on line about short-term loans.  If you are still having problems with this company not reimbursing your money, contact your bank.  On your e-check you will find a bank routing account number.  Have your bank locate that particular bank and file a complaint.  This matter falls within the Federal Jurisdiction,yes, FBI.  Also get in touch with the American Banker's Association and also your state's Banker's Association.  They both work closely with the FBI to track these people down.  From what I have read, nothing is mailed to the persons who are charged.  Best advice would be close your existing account and open another.  If these people are able to acess your banking information nd do what they are doing at this juncture, this will not stop.

Yes, I told my wife not to mess with all kind internet offers. "Of course she is always right". Just today she had been charged by the same company for $49. Bank say close account and open a new one.

I hope this a lesson for her. I am pissed because she ignored me on this issue.

I was hit with a 49.95 charge, my bank will not reimburse me as they say I exposed my account when I was on line applying for short term loan.  Not sure what to do at this point.  When you dial 800 number it just leaves you on hold.

I finally was able to contact the 888-433-4096.  I was told my money would be returned to me within 30 days.  I contacted them again today to check on the status and was told that it would be 30-45 days from 10-21-08.   The time keeps getting longer.  This is a real scam and I am dealing with real crooks.

i had the same thing happen to me I called and half the got a recording half the time that said they were closed and wnet to the web site and there is nothing to holp me.  All I wnat to do is cancel this damn thing so they stop charging my account!!!!!

i just looked at my bank statement.  and it seems they are making
unautherized debits against my account. the phone number on my statement
is 888-433-4096 so i called and ofcourse its a recorded message to go on line and nothing.
