Same thing happened to us.. Ordered 1 time ; and my card has been charged every month...SHAME on me for not noticing earlier.. cancelled today... Lesson Learned..

i need to know about this charge, my credit card was used and i didn't this , please i want to know who charge it

I didn't get a call from them, but I think I signed up for this service by mistake.  The website is all decked out to look like the US postal service and they tell you to set up an account to be able to print postage at home.  I got the account so I could print postage for my small Etsy/Ebay business.  But they don't tell you they charge a monthly fee even if you don't use the service.  I made them reverse the fees and cancel the account.

Same here. Use them for my internet mail order business. No issues and good service. I suspect that many of these people had the card number hijacked and used by the thief to get free postage.

I totally disagree with everyone here - we use Stamps.com and love it - we are a small business and from what we were paying Pitney Bowes this is a great money saver.  You can print stamps, labels, and shipping documents for boxes.  The system comes with a free scale but we elected to buy a scale from them that would take more weight than the free one and everything is working great.

This is definitely stamps.com.  I hope no one has made the mistake of signing up with them!  If you did, there is only way one to close your account, which is by phone, and I recommend you do it as soon as possible, before your trial period expires and you are stuck with a year of monthly bills, for a service that pretty much offers nothing already available online for free.  I just escaped from them myself!  Good riddance.  They are a total scam, making most of their money on people who accidentally stay past the trial period.

Got a charge on our credit card - the number belongs to Sci*stamps.com. Seems they are scam artists that charge your credit card - usually about 15.00-18.00 a month unless you stop them. Check your old credit card bills.....

They don't leave a message and they say nothing when I answer the call. I recently registered at Stamps.com, so maybe I'm on some kind of automatic mailing list. Not sure how to get them to stop though. It's on my cell phone so I am being charged for these calls.

I thought I recognized this phone number 1-888-434-0055). It belongs to Sci*Stamps.com   This is a bunch of professional/fraud/ripoff/con artist that owes me and wachovia bank a lot of money. They got on my recurring automatic draft scheduled billers list.

This is "Stamps.com" and they have been charging my boss' credit card since Nov 2008 for "service" fees.  They are telling me his wife signed up on a (4) page contract but cannot produce a copy of it.  The monthly service is $17.99 and the account has no other transactions!
Now, how odd is it that someone would "open" an account and never use it???
Apparently it does not support Macintosh, so if they are calling you, they must be trying to sell you something or want your new credit card number for the $17.99 monthly fee which, by the way you get absolutly nothing.

Never called me and I never called them.  Just noticed today that they have been charging my credit card for $15.95 since June, under the name of SCISTAMPS.COM and the 888 number.  No idea how they got my credit card # or if some purchase I made triggered these charges, but I have never received any services from them and, from what I have been reading, they appear to be quite shady.  How can a company be so blatant and get away with it?  Now I have to start that fun process of getting a new card and trying to reclaim the over $100 that has been stolen from me, knowing full well I most likely won't see a dime of it.

This is SCI*STAMPS.COM. I had a charge on my debit card from them.  This is a scam and you should cancel your card and close your checking account as soon as possible.  It is a SCAM.

This charge comes on the heels of charges from EasyUSAGrants. I'm wondering if the two companies are the same scammers. In any event, I closed this card and being issued a new one.

This number showed up on my credit card bill.  It was a fraudulent charge!

This is a scam, I've been charge 15.99 in my checking account for several months (I just noticed because I was traveling). I never registered on anything nor I answer any call from them. Somebody should stop this f!%&$ b"·/&$

I have never registered with them, or ever had anything to do with them. It's probable solicitation.

The lady asked for me by name and told me I had "begun registering online" with them a year ago and started telling me about a super special offer they have for me.

I told her that I don't remember registering, and it's pretty eerie that they would be tracking keystrokes on their website even if I had.  I also told her that we are not interested, four times, but she would not stop talking until I hung up.

Yeah unknown 888 #, ON CELL PHONE, didn't answer. left no msg. I googled it - Stamps.com, then I see it confirmed here. What's up with that! A stamp costs about the same as a cell phone hit (45 cents!!)

Got a call from them for my boss from stamps.com.  Seems like a telemarketer to me, but don't see why they'd be calling his work #.
