I keep getting calls from a blocked id they leave a message saying they are some legal place and it has some thing to do with a litigation and its time sensitve. The people always mumble and sound uneducated. you can barely hear a case number and when i try to find any information on the it doesnt seem to exist. soounds like either a scam or creditor maybe.

I got a call from this # saying he was from department of education I think? Message was very muffled so I quite didn't understand him. Well when he called my number he stated that the call was for.... And said my 14 year old daughters name... How the hell did he get her info and my ##??

This is a scam debt collection call.
