First got a text saying 'hi'. Then 15 min later got same message about debit card. I looked this co up on the internet based on the email, www.rockwood.com based in NJ. I did a google map on the address and looks like someone's house. If my debit card was compromised, my bank would call. Abvious scam. If you get this kind of msg, never respond and report it.

Called to see what information they would want...I entered a 16 digit random number and couldn't remember what I entered when they asked for it again.

My teen received a text on her cell phone. From xxyvnb@rockwood.com. Instructing that "your debit card has been blocked" and to call 888-442-4798. I called using *67 from my land line. On outgoing message instructed to enter my 16 digit card number and be prepared to provide 3 other pieces of information. No one in our family has a debit card. Obviously a SCAM. I called this a couple of times using *67 before getting the message to enter a card number. One of the times it just asked to leave a message after I kept pressing 0.
