I got a call from somebody name Kevin and he also called a family member saying he was going to come to my house if I didnt call. I called back several times no answer. Today he calls and say that his not Kevin and has not called me before. Hesaid he has a summons to give to me and where do i work. i told him to send me something in writting about what every this is. he said no he have to give it to me and will be at my job in two hours.

I received a call from Ms. Miller and she left me a voice mail with this as the return call number saying I am pending litigation for check fraud. I don't write checks. As with others, I called back and got the USC message. Who is this and why are they calling me? How do we stop scary messages. She even left a docket number. I will be checking on this nonsense with the police department on Monday.

Got a call from that number also and was left a msg that they were going to serve me paper & that I would have to appear in court for 2 countsof check fraud dont know what they are talking about or even have a bank account..did not call back though

I just got a call from a blocked number and it was a man by the name of John Adams saying he was calling to verify my address to serve me with papers.  I did not call the number back.

I recieved a message from Janice Brooks stating I have a pending legal issue and the she is coming to my place of business with a summons.  She also stated that she contacted my HR department regarding this matter.  She also stated that once I receive the summons I will not be able to contact the plaintiff.  She left the 888 number.  Out of curiosity I called in and is said thanks for calling USC.  I have no idea what this is in regards to so I hung up.

Some woman named Janice Brooks left a message telling me that she was actively in my area seeking to serve me with papers.  This is the fourth time in a month that she has called with this exact message.  I still haven't seen anyone.
