I received a call stating that there was a summons to appear in court for a "complaint".  I called this # and got a SS Group, left a message, but haven't received a call back.  I agree that I think this is a scam.  I checked my credit report and nothing was noted.  I also checked our circuit court online enquiry.  Nothing there either.

I got two calls apperently someone trying to serve papers for a complaint that has been filed against you or something. I think this is a scam this happen to me before I gave them my address they never showed. that was 5 months ago. now this again sounds fishy
