This Company sent me a Camera Pen via Fedex. Before they sent it I found the same Pen for a very very low price, they are selling it for $160. I ordered it and I already got it in ten days. As I refused to receive the Pen from Biomax now they are calling me on daily basis asking me to pay $50 for the return. They are so vulgar and nasty when on the phone. They threat me to bring this to a lawyer. some times when they call they say it is from the Legal Department.

Who are you reporting them to ? They did the same thing to me.

A mí me ocurrió los mismo.  Me llamaron para decirme que por haber comprado el producto de MESORAL había sido seleccionado seleccionada como ganadora de unos bonos por $1.000.  Me ofrecieron unos productos que llegarían junto con los bonos.  Los  productos llegaron junto con un libro, pero no los bonos.   Cuando llamo para que me expliquen me indican que debía pagar $120 por la activación de los bonos.  Los pagué y me dijeron que en siete días recibiría los bonos junto con un libro de los comercios  en donde los podía utilizar (vivo en PUERTO RICO).  Al no recibirlos me comuniqué con ellos y supuestamente la transacción fue desviada y por esa molestia me enviarian un premio de unos productos gratis, pero que tenía que pagar la activación nuevamente.  Pagué esta vez $110 y no recibí los bonos,  Me enviaron por las molestias otro paquete de regalo pero no tenía que pagar por ellos.  Recibí un tratamiento de keratina y una gel abdonimal.  Los bonos no llegaron y me prometieron una cadana Cartier valorada en $950 y una estadía en un hotel por 3 días y 2 noches.  Me indicaron que para el 27 de septiembre recibiría estos premios, así que les comunicaré cúal ha sido el resultado.  NOMBRES DE LAS PERSONAS CON LAS QUE HE DIALOGADO:  SR. JUAN MONTOLLA, DESPACHO, DR. ADRIAN ESTRADA, ASESOR, SR. GERARDO CAJINAS, SUPERVISOR, WILLIAM FLORES, SUPERVISOR Y SRA. MARIE CRUZ GONZALEZ TELEFONO (305) 537-3284.  Llamen por la noche es cuando supuestamente hablan con un supervisor.  Ya les contaré como va.  Me gustaría saber cómo desde  Puerto Rico podría iniciar un pleito legal contra esta compañía

Same happened to me. They called in English and Spanish with the stuped excuse "you had been selected to get the x hearing aid for only $110". No tienen pagina en internet, no saben ni expresarse. Ellos son los unicos que se comen el cuento de que lo que dicen es cierto. Ladrones, abusadores, mentirosos!

a mi tambien me engañaron con el boligrafo camara, les pague 149.00, no hace nada de lo que dicen, comence a llamar y no contestan y cuando contestan me indican que me llamaran para darme un codigo para que el correo no me cobre la devolucion  que si lo hacen ellos en el paquete que envien otra vez colocaran un cheque como pago por los incomvenientes. claro ahora pretenden que devuelva el boligrafo que enviearon para con el mismo coger a otras personas.  ya que les indique que enviaran o el dinero o un nuevo boligrafo que funcionara la contestacion fue que cuando yo les enviara el que me enviaron primero.

esta compania es una m***da y estafadores, yo pedi un producto hace un mes y me llevaron lo que no era devolvi el producto y ya ha pasado mas de un mes y no e han reenbolsado el dinero, llamo y me dejan horas esperando y nadie me contesta por que no nos reunimos todas y les ponmos una demanda por estafadores y que no llamen massss que respeten que llaan a cualquier hora no respetan.

yo encargue un boligrafo que escamara ,grabadora,y fotos y me enviaron otra mercancia,yo pague por esto $169.00,$130.00por la mercancia y $39.00por manejo y envio,yo llame para decirle que me enviaron otra mercancia que yo no habia pedido,y me dijeron ,que le enviara la mercancia y despues ellos me mandaban lo que yo habia pedido ,pero yo tengo que pagar por envio de una mercancia que me mandaron equibocada ,pues yo ya pague $39.00dolares por el otro envio espero que envien pronto lo que ordene,pagen el envo de lo que mandaron por eqivacion,espero una respuesta pues yo una presona mayor y tuve que pagarle para que me llevaran a buscar el paque y no puedo volver a pagar mas dinero,pues no puedo pagar.espero su respuesta lo mas pronto posible,gracias.

i had the exact same problem as all of y'all i think this is a scam. i called them like 100 times an they would answer but i soon as i would say i needed my money back because their product sucked they would hangup on me. so i called my bank...and my banker put them on the spot and i am getting my money back....if i would have known it was that easy i would have just called the bank instead of the actual BIOMAX company...my advise

Iam reporting this company BIOMAX CORP. They call me and offer me girdle which I paid COD and they did not send all the promotion Items. And keep calling the number in Miami Fl. and they put me on hold for hours. the number is 888-481-5747. And the kept my Money.  Plese help me with this problem.   BIOMAX CORP. This mother (ar@xg) sold me an item that does not work I tried the 888) 481-5747 is scam u could be waiting all day and they never pick it up is auto made messenger service I defiantly contacting better business b. I found a number that u might want to use from this company 240) 720-6156. Or to make a quick complain dial 311 and just give them the Company Telephone number and they will get

Company calls themselves B. I. C. out of Miami, Fl. and sell lotions. They shipped the wrong product FEDEX (fedex box looked recycled) Asked them for the right item and they blamed FedEx. Called fedex and fedex said it was their fault and that they should send a return label. Called company and asked for someone that speaks english and took about 5 min to get me someone which sounded like a strong Indian accent and i asked for his name and he said it was Edwin Cross...it sounded like a fake name. Also, they never mentioned a return policy or fault and expect us to pay for the return product.

These people call me 3 times a day. I am unable to even speak to the manager so that I can scream at him, how do I get this to stop and I am on the no call list

A  customer srvice representative keep calling me, every day at anytime offering products to me that I cleared don't wanted and do no need. Last time she called she was rude, unpolite and also threat me becasue I told her that my number was in the Do no Call list.
