Yes, this is a Northern Reflections automated call. Thanks to this thread I called the customer service number listed in older posts and spoke to a really nice lady (for once!) who said she would have my number removed. Easiest telemarketer conversation I've ever had!

I got a call from this today and I have never even heard of them until I did a search to find out what the number is from, so to say I would never have gotten a call without authorizing them to do so is inaccurate.

Northern Reflections will not stop sales and marketing calls...it is upsetting us! I have called 1-888-489-4779 twice in the past 3 months and they still keep calling me. I will not shop at the store now because of annoying calls.

I just used the customer service number listed on another site as the customer service number for Northern Reflections. That number is 1-877-902-5608. The staff member was courteous, efficient and understanding. I was removed as I gave her my number. Now if it were that easy with all the other robot calls, telemarketing people et al. One down. Thank you to Gloria for listing the number on the other site.

I am so fed up with these type of calls that I will no longer be shopping in any shop that makes calls such as this to my home. I know it is not much and not likely to inconvenience the company but I will know that I have taken some action. I am on the do not call list. Which works some times but not consistently. And no I do not just mean charity calls. Since nothing else seems to give me a satisfactory response I will vote with my wallet, by not going into shops or businesses that call to advertise or just hang up on me. Thank you to this site for letting me know that it is Northern Reflections that is to be avoided in the future. There are other places for me to spend money. Good bye Northern Reflections.
