Did you ever here back from these people? They are doing me the same way.

I recieved an unknown number phone call,  didnt answer,  they left a threatening message that I had quite a few BAD CHECKS!  I havent written a check in 15 years let alone a BAD check!  they then proceeded to call my sister, mother in law and who knows who else to tell them about my BAD CHECKS!  I finally called to tell them to quit calling my friends and family and she told me to pay in full for a payday loan that I have never taken out or she would not quit!  
She at first told me she was a lawyer, and I proceeded to tell her she was a liar and she is misrepresenting herself, she then said she was working for a lawyer,  I then told her to take me to court and hung up!
This is ridiculous!

I just got a call from an unknown number and he said to call this number.  He said her was a hired server and was going to show up at my job and my home.  He got defensive when I questioned him.  It was quite funny, I told him my Attorney General was interested in talking to him, he then hung up.  He said his name was John McClure.

Got a message to call this number.  When I tried to ask her what state was she calling from and what type of subpoena was issued, she told me that she didn't need to answer any of my questions and that I owe them and need to answer her questions.  She then put me on hold for a long time, so I hung up the phone.

Got a message from a contracted served saying that I need to call this number. She was rude and hung up on me when I tried to question her.
