I received a call from another 800 # (1-800-735-4411) claiming they were with a company that had a package for us and to please call back asap.  When I call, I also got the "1-800-871-TALK", so I called THAT #.  It is a phone sex chat line.

I think that these companies set up random 800 #s so they can't be traced.  It's bogus.  Register through the Do-Not-Call Registry and file a complaint:  https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2

I received a call from this number (888-492-6200) a few nights ago, but didn't pick up the phone because I don't answer calls to people I don't know. However, I do *67 people I don't know and dial them back to find out who they are. It was a recording of a woman announcing "Live Action Talk". She said to call 1-800-871-TALK and I hung up immediately!!!  I have a cell phone! WTF?!  This is just 1 of atleast 20 different scam/wrong numbers and or texts I have received in the last month or so.  What is going on?! Anyone?!
