It is Suntrust. Confirming new account openings. Is legit.

Please do not be fool with the fraudulent call I call the # back and it did say Suntrust & said they were close & leave a message no bank will ask u to leave a message I know this because I worked in a Bank Call Center and phone lines are not design to leave a message

This is not Sun Trust first of all it's a spook # & the bank does not call u

This is a company pretending to be Sun Trust.  I opened an online account with Sun Trust.  The wire transfer I made was stolen online.  This phone number called to say my money would be returned within 8 weeks.  I immediately went to by bank to put a stop on the transfer.  This phone number is NOT Sun Trust.

The caller ID says it is SunTrust Bank but it is in fact NOT them! I called a real branch and they looked up the number. Whoever it is, is trying to steal your personal information. Call your local branch for yourself if you want to be sure.

Called 4 times today and hung up.

Called and left no message.

This is SunTrust.  I am refinancing with them.

I received a call from this number today. It was Suntrust so he claimed. He was asking me about transferring a balance on my credit card. I asked him what was the status of my CC because he sounded like he was digging for information at first. After I asked him what I used my card for and I told him he sounded suspicious he kinda chuckled and told me it was tied to my overdraft account. I felt a little relief after that. I still never gave him any of my information because I did not want to transfer. He was persistent though. I talked to him about my mortgages and he gave me some info. So I don't believe this call is suspicious. But I agree with the above comments. It would help if the caller ID said Suntrust. Get that fixed Suntrust. Make people feel a little more comfortable.

I got a Robo-call from this number, which dropped while attempting to connect me to an actual human.   I called the number back and I can confirm that this *IS* Suntrust bank, and specifically a group that deals with home equity loan offers.

If this is really SunTrust, why don't they display a proper caller ID?  We don't answer unknown calls without a clear caller ID; especially one claimng to be from our bank!.

This is a call from Suntrust.  I do have an account with them, I do not believe this is a bill collector or fraudulent.

Called me three times in one day and didn't leave a voicemail.

Called twice today - no message.

Called my cell and hung up.  No message.

Keep calling my cellphone and hanging up.  I have no afiliation with this bank.
