They called.. I was in class so I didn't answer it. I later see I have a voicemail that says, "You sons of bi****s.. I've been sick for over an hour. Papaya... you sons of bi****s." That's what it sounded like though. The dudes voice was retarded. Maybe they meant that they were sitting there for an hour and papaya is "buhbye". -__- I'm getting so sick of this crap already.

One way to put a kink in their harassment is that when they call.. pick the phone up but say nothing at all.  keep the phone off hook until they disconnect.  Their marketing efforts are based on time efficiency and how many people they are speaking with.. if they connect to a lot of these wasted time calls it's a huge cost to them and very ineficient.

The first call was last week and I told the person I was not interested in their service. Since then, this # has been calling 2 and 3 times a day at all hours. I usually just let it ring, but when I do pick it up to ask them to stop calling, it clicks and goes dead. Again, this happens several times a day now. Today, I called the number and it clicked and went dead again. They are calling later and later into the evening as time goes by. I don't know if this is intentional at this point to harrass now, but it has to stop.

just call back the number and they will remove you from the calling list . did that and have not got a call back since (3 weeks ago)

Energy cooperative is what this place called themselves and they called my elderly mom to get her gas information.  She gave gas company number and her social!  What should I do?  We called the number and were put on hold......on hold.......

I called and got the same thing Energy group and they said they would take me off the call list yeah right two weeks later now they are calling me again. All the time every hour sometimes.

Someone from this number (888)520-4890 called my 90 year old aunt last Wed claiming to be with AT&T and even though they had her name, they asked her to verify her last four numbers of her SSAN and date of birth, both of which she did!!  Would love to know who really has this number!

I am getting calls every half hour. I have had at least 8 today. I don't answer. I googled the phone number and Google says it belongs to "Florence Co. Aging". So I just called and got a girl saying "Energy Group, can you please hold."

They call here day and night. When I answer the phone they hang up. What idiots!!!!

just called that number back after getting called 3-4 times a day for a week. Told them to remove me from their call list - hopefully it will now stop.

I thought I could ignore them, but the keep calling more and more. Today it's been 5 times and it's only 3pm!

Get calls at least 3 times a day. I tried to pick up a few times and they either immediately hung up or talked with a bad accent really fast and when I asked them why they were calling they hung up.

FYI, you can not block your I.D. when call an 888, 800, 911 or any of these types of numbers.  You may think that it is blocked but the phone company will not block them.  The phone companies provide the calling number as part of there free inward calling.

They have been calling everyday at least three times per day for the last two months from number 888-520-4890. They call from 9am to after 9pm. It's getting old.

I was the idiot who called back.
Wow first time for me getting this call! They actually left a voice mail on my machine.  The claimed rep was named Julie and provided this phone number 1-888-520-48990 with an extension number to return call to Washington Gas Energy Services.

I called back blocked I.D. so they can not retrieve my information some how.  A lady answered talking so fast in English, but you could barely understand what she was saying. She just sounded mumbly and I asked to speak to said person Julie who called and left a voice mail.  The lady answering call spoke really fast to the point I could not make any word out and she then hung up the phone.  Then I called back saying I am trying to find out what the nature of this call is??? She cut me off in middle of my sentence, put me on hold.  On hold and no one picked up.  Someone picked up, hung up.

I don't have a gas company where I am so I'm sure it's just telemarketing crap.

received a call and when I answered they did not respond.  Must want me to call back so that they can say that I contacted them and therefore cannot complain to the DO NO CALL .
