THEY KEEP CALLING BECAUSE COGECO SAVED ME OVER $80. A MONTH PLUS I HAVE A SECOUND BOX AT NO CHARGE. TIERED OF BEING TOLD I HAD TO RESPECT THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE BELL.
hOW CAN YOU BE TOLD YOU HAVE A LATE  PAYMENT WHEN THEY HAVEN'T SEND OUT THERE BILLS FOR THE MOUNTH YET. THESE PHONE CALLS ARE RECORDED MY A** IF THEY WERE THERE WOULD'T BE ANYONE THERE THE WAY THEY TALK TO THERE CUSTOMERS PAYING $220 PLUS A MONTH. PLEASE IF YOUR STILL WITH THEM CONVERT NOW BEFORE ITS TO LATE.

This is Bell Mobility. I know this, not because I answered, but because they left a voice-mail message which I later checked. The voice was mechanized with probably a space where a specific name could be slotted in; the caller knew I have a cell phone for which I use prepared cards and said that they had an "important message" about this phone.
I'm guessing they would like me to trade up to a contract.

This is the first time I've had a call from Bell Mobility, but it is far from being the first time I've heard from Bell. Among telemarketers, it stands out as one of the most aggressive.

I'v Received 1 call yesterday and 1 call this morning. I answered the first which was just dead air and i let the second call ring. They didnt leave my any. Im pretty sure its a scam, since reading the comments above some say they have a pay as you go phone and thats the reason why they are being contacted. I dont have a pay as you go phone i have a contract. This isnt the first time i have been phoned from numbers like this where people say its Bell Mobility and all of the reasons people state why they have gotten this phone call never apply to me. So honestly i believe its a scam.

They called but when I answered There was no one on the line and after saing "allo" a few times it hanged up. On my phone, it appears like an long distance call (interurbain). I didn't talk to anybody so I don't know the company.

This is a Bell Mobility customer service telephone number and is used for customer service only.  Bell Mobility does not use this telephone number for telemarketing.  If you received a telemarketing call from (888) 537- 9999 please be aware the caller is spoofing (creating a fake CallerID number).  Criminals are known to spoof Bell Mobility's customer service number to masquerade as Bell Mobility.  They use deceptive tactics by providing a alternative telephone number to call; please be aware that information such as your name and your phone number are public information and should not be consider sufficient information for telephone verification.  Bell Mobility uses pin numbers and/or a secret password for telephone verification.  Be safe, always contact Bell Mobility via the telephone number provide on your bill or our website.

twice today received calls from this number and twice no answer...  
about two weeks ago  bell phoned me two days after my pay as you go expired to see if i would subscribe to a top up program...   I was very upset that they could call two days after I lost over a hundred dollars in prpaid minutes....  and told them so / told them I would go to Rogers who kindly inform you when time is near expiry....  was   told "that is your decision".

They were calling to tell you that if you topped up your account by Nov. 24th you would recieve 60% more airtime.

A recorded message saying it was Bell Mobility and that we needed to top up our Bell Mobility cell phone account.  (Ours does not work this way.)  Therefore I think it is a scammer.

They call all the time I never answer. They never leave a message.

I purchased two pre-paid Bell phones for my kids last Christmas. For the past month, this number has been phoning at least once daily (we never answer 800 numbers) leaving automated message that the phones need to be topped up. One phone has gone through the washing machine and the other is broken. I have since bought my kids new Bell phones with new numbers. It is very annoying!!

This # called twice today. Answered first call-just dead air. Second time I let it ring & checked messages after-MORE DEAD AIR. I won't be take any of their calls.

hummm. Rang 2 times, answered; nothing...used *69 phone service, gave me 888-537-9999, than reading and filling forms on the net!

Recorded message saying it was Bell Mobility and that our cell phone account needed topping up.  I think this is a scam because our account doesn't work that way.

Very annoying, when will Canada grow some N**s and throw law breakers in Jail
And/or Heavy fines.  Half a million dollars per annoying call should shut them down in no time

It's Bell mobility, they call every once in a while because I had a prepaid cell with them. They try to offer me things if I top up the cell, not going to happen as the phone went throught the washing machine!!

I answered (no caller ID). There was just dead air, kind of crackly sounding. No one spoke, no recorded message, nothing.
