I got charged $9.95 from this company.  I've never heard of them.  They are out of Las Vegas, NV.  They have an answering machine and don't return calls.  I had to cancel my credit card.  I was told the information was "keyed in" which means they somehow get peoples information (credit card or bank account) and key in the information.  This is sad...but it is a total scam and likely means your computer has a virus on it that allowed these people to get your information and charge you for nothing.

Charge for $171 from this same company. Bank said that charge comes up from Nevada, under miscellaneus industrial tools or something?! had to cancel card. can't dispute the charge until payment posts. pissed.

I was charged $156 from these people. I called and left a message.

I got the same debit from the same company for 9.95. Disputed it and am getting my money back. Wish we knew who these people are.

I had a debit on my bank account in the amount of $9.95 from IDEAL PROD 8885 520. My bank gave me the phone number (1888-548-1130) and all i get is some stupid voice mail saying to leave a message. How is it that these companies get away with crap like this? I'm pissed.

Found an unknow debit on our bank account from IDEAL PROD with this phone #8885481130 listed. Got a voicemail message that did not identify company both last night and today.  Have not ordered anything recently - believe this is fraudulent charges and have called bank to cancel my card and investigate, will hopefully get my money back.

I spotted a charge on my bank account for $189.  The statement says "IDEAL PROD 8885481130."  Had to dispute the charge at my bank to get my money back.  I called the phone number and its a voicemail that says "Leave a message."  Don't have any idea how they got my info or who they are.  I looked on the internet for any companies that matched IDEAL PROD and I wouldn't have ordered anything from any of them.  My bank said it was a machine shop.

i was just charged on my bank acct not knowing who this group is never recieved a call from these people my bank was able to give me there number tried calling and got a message saying coustomer service is no availble. wtf i have no idea how they got my info or what but im pissed
