Received a call tonight-waited for someone to say hi-then I hung up!

I just called their number back, asked for the operator and told her to remove my phone number from their list.  She was very nice and took care of removing it!  We shall see.  I was getting sick of them calling me every day!

We get 5-10 hang ups a day from this phone number. We want it to stop now.

I'm getting calls up to several times a day.  No messages are being left.  Very annoying

Report them to the FCC every single time they call.

Exactly the same thing happened to me. Weird breathingm but no answer. I called back and I got an answering machine from some sort of a a marketing company. I hung up.

I believe this has something to do with Health Insurance quotes.  I was browsing online yesterday for health insurance and am now being bombarded with calls from 888 numbers.  It's just a hunch, but I'm sure that's where this number is coming from.

Somebody frome this number called me on my cell phone, second time for them to call. Who is this person behind the number calling? They didn't leave a message.

I just got a call from them on my cell phone, I didn't answer since I don't usually answer calls I don't know. And they never left a message, go figure. lol.

I also got a call from this number after registering online for more information from online colleges!

888-557-3861 is a place called, "vision telemarketing" and they won't stop calling my darn cellular phone!!!!!!!!!  I did leave a message to stop calling me, and I even texted it, some answering machines take digital messages from text.. so I told them again! they call at least 2 times a day.   It's costing me $$ to have these stupid people take me off the list.. supposedly 24-48 hours to do, has been a week now!!! How come they can get away with this???

I've never spoken with them but I keep finding a Missed Call notification on my cell about every other day or so. Dial them back and get a recorded message that I have reached "Vision Marketing Services" and that should I want to have my number removed then I should leave a message at the tone with my name and number and it would take approximately 72 hours to have it removed. I made my frist request on 11/7/09. It's almost a month later and I'm still getting calls from them.

Started to get calls from this number. I don't answer, they leave no message. If these callers are out to steal identities or money, then why are they allowed to keep harrassing people? Isn't that considered intent to commit a crime? First degree fraud or something? There should be a law against any kind of "blocked" caller ID. Legitimate callers have nothing to hide AND will leave a message.

Who is this???  They just called twice within 5 minutes and no one was there either time when I answered.  Very annoying!

Just received 2 calls from this number.  I just registered information for on-line schools and thought it was them calling back really quickly.  Very weird.  I answered the 2nd call and no one spoke.

I've gotten voicemails where the caller hangs up. Then I received a vm where the caller is breathing into the receiver. 4 calls total.

I just got this call too.  They said they were Fannie Mae and wanted to update some info from my company.  I told them I do no give info out over the phone, and she hung up.
