I keep receiving phone calls from this number and then they called me from another number stating that I took out a loan and that it has to be paid in full by today or charges would be brought against me. I asked the company to provide documentation and they sent me an email saying to respond to a yahoo account. Next I am going to call the cops and file a harassment suit against them. I have tried to find them on BBB but there is no info. Has anyone been able to contact someone regarding this issue.

I HAD THIS NUMBER CALL ME TO AUTORIZE A PAYMENT THRU A OFFICER SCAM....REQUESTING I SEND A NOTARIZED LETTER WITH MY PERSONAL INFO I WILL NOT REST TILL THIS PEOPLE END UP IN FOLSOM OR PELICAN BAY....THAT SHOULD FIX THEM.....AS FOR UPSIDE COLLECTIONS THEY HAVE TO BE DELT WITH TOO...IN A REASONABLE MANNER

Brian from this Upside collections keeps calling me for a six year old debt that he says I owe. When I asked for documentation he said he sent it to me but I never got it. He told me I can settle this today otherwise it is going to an attorney. He bought my info from some other company because he called my mom, my boss and me at home and work. I am not giving him any banking info.
Beware, I tried to look this company up on the better business bureau and nothing comes up. I looked under San Carlos, CA to find the business, nothing in this town either. The website has vague information with a toll free number and business address in San Carlos, CA  that is not traceable.

I had trouble with these collections company a few weeks back. They took money frm my acount with out my persmisson. and after bein harrased by a foreign guy he gave me thr numbr for there billing department(which is in amerca some where cuz an americang irl answered the phn.) told me somethn similar to what u said,  that i gave authorzation, which inever did. and they quickly offered me a refund. SOMTHIN FISHY GOING ON WITH THEM!!!! p,s i spoke to diff ppl at the billing dept. nt just one person. (scam,?)
