why is this person keep calling me

Been getting them for last 2-3 days haven't been home tried calling back got number not in service. Decided to search impccr n found this website. Glad I did.

me and my frends are gonna track these bozos down and when we do i'll post all their information here so that the person closest to them with a ball bat can take a few swings.

just got a call from this number IMPCCMP, answered, dead air then hung up on me (Cape Breton NS )

I got a call from 888-568-9679 and they let a voice message but did not say anything.  I looked up the number and it brought me to this website.  I called the number and a recording said: "We are unable to complete this International call".  What?  Don't know who it is or want they want.

This number is calling me and I can tell you flat out, research companies are exempt from the national Do not Call Lists of pretty much every country. So, lots of companies out there can call you even if you, are as I am, on the DNCL. As for harmless research companies, no such thing exists. All research companies are paid by corporations to information phish you by asking say 10 misleading questions to find out the 3 questions they are really looking to find out, e.i. customer service research to find out how satisfied you are with your banking. What they aren't telling you and never will and often will lie about is...the company paying them for that particular contract wants your info. What they also don't tell you is they will go on to sell your info, and phone number to other companies and they swap the numbers between themselves. Alot of Research companies have a plethora of company names...or will call on 'behalf of..' not even telling you their actual company name. If they say your number was randomly selected, they are full of crap, they bought your number of some other company or were given it by a company you deal with you has on the sly provided your info to them. The only way to get rid of the calls is to ask the company directly to put you on their Do not call list...which will work, for say..six months then they are legally allowed to re-enter your number into their auto dialers BY LAW. Until the laws change to protect citizens against 'research' calls, they will just switch up companies, change company names, etc, etc. to get around the red tape. Sad but the honest truth.

The only surveys I will do is with Statistics Canada, at least they are with the Federal Government and legit, and goes toward anon data. So sick of all these calls........

My answering machine picked up when this number called, but no message was left.

These guys probably have contracts with several companies to sell products/services. The automatic calling system waits for an answer and someone to say "Hello", then connect the called party to a live 'agent'.  Sometimes the settings on the system and the traffic they generate don't allow for the ability to  quickly connect the live agent.

The telemarketers are supposed to scrub their call-out lists against the DNC list, but this is assuming they have integrity and play by the 'rules'.

1-888-568-9679 calling me third day on the row I am on do not call list, and it is a cell phone too. Dear government it is time to start working.  

I have gotten calls from this number several times but I never answer. If it isn't a number I recognize...I don't want to be bothered.

This should definitely be banned to stop the annoyance to victims having to pay for the airtime.  May be the corresponding  phone service provider of the caller is to blame?

Got a voice message leaving this number for return call.  It was comcast cable wanting to upgrade our service.

I life in Nova Scotia and have been getting calls from this number in the last month and a half even
on Sundays. Since I have call display I know the number so I just press talk and then the off button.
It only takes a second. They keep calling though but I will keep on doing what I am doing and see who
gets tired first. Patience I have lots of. LOL!

This company claims to be selling products for PRO-ACTIVE Skin Care. You can call them back using your phone and you will get a recorded message. Don't block your number or it hangs up. So call back and select the options as if you were a customer..leave messages and tell them off or provide a call back number for your telephone company when they ask for your number..That way, they will p****off the phone companies who should BAN these telemarketers.

Also go to the Pro Active facebook page and paste a message like "IMPCCMR" plus the phone number |won't stop calling me..DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!"

Spend about 5 minutes pasting this message into every comment section of the company's Facebook page. Do it over and over...iF enough people do this then that company will lose it's contact with the big companies. JUSTICE!

I did this with one company and it literally shut them down as more people use social media. That\s power man. Or report them to the famous group called ANONYMOUS

Get there fax number and set up a WAR DIALER..fax the crap out of them.

these people have been calling me every day for WEEKS. I told them months ago to stop calling me but they're back at it again. IMPCCMR shows on the caller ID.

I just got a call from them.
They're doing a survey on exports and imports asking questions about volume and destinations.

i wish these people would get a real job and stop calling i had 2 calls from this 1888 568 9679 and it show up 1mpccmp . i have not got the time for this , my lifestyle is hectic enough , wish there was a way to stop people from getting your phone number i live in st. john's nl. and they won't get a answer from me
