Missed call @ 9pm...looked  number up on this site to have my suspicions confirmed.

I got a message back with minutes that they would remove the phone # from list. Thank you

I don't subscribe to my local newspaper, I've called them several times about this (they have no control over the outside agency).  I told them this sure isn't the way to get new customers or old ones to return.  I finally have their number permanently blocked through my Verizon account.  Annoying as hell. (I am on the Do Not Call list but since I got the stupid paper years ago they are "allowed" to solicit - I call BS on that one)

Shoot, I get at LEAST three calls a DAY!

Anthony was right on! Thank You! they called me today. I will put this new phone number on the goverment do not call list.

Got a call, as soon as I said hello (2 rings) they hung up. So I called back and got their recording and name (Impact Solutions) and something about my local newspaper, which is the Sacto Bee. If I wanted to be on their Do Not Call list, had to leave my full name and number and something else...which I didn't get, and allow some amount of time for it to take effect. So I gave them my first initial and last name only, and phone number. Told them they shouldn't even be calling me, especially since I get the newspaper EVERY DAY already. So annoying.......what do they want me to do, get TWO subscriptions?? Geez..........the least they could do is actually talk to me, two rings is a bit ridiculous to expect someone to answer the call. And they shouldn't be calling people that already subscribe every day.

They have also called me EVERY single day for several months now. They never leave a message. One I answered and spoke to an extremely rude woman. NO, I do not want to buy any newspapers. I hope they stop harassing me soon.

They say they are calling on behalf of the Sacramento Bee Newspaper. I already subscribe to the Sunday only newspaper. The caller was asking if I wanted to receive free coupons from Sac Bee. I said sure and they wanted all of my information (name & address). I told them they already should have it. They said they only have my phone number. I asked if this was a "cold call" and they said no. I told them I was on the Do Not Call list and they could only call me if I was a direct customer of theirs. And, if I was a customer of their's they should already have my information. The person asked again, "So, do you want free coupons or not". I asked what company the caller worked for and she just hung up on me. They have called me several times and same thing. I say that I'm on the do not call list and ask or their company information and they hang up on me.

I don't want to be called by this number as I'm an elderly, low-mobility, individual,  hard of hearing and do not wish to buy anything.

I was woken up this Sat am, by a spam call from 888-576-8469. I looked up the number & found you all had the same call. I used the 419 number that Tony above gave for John Fortner & called him & he answered "this is John". I said "John, your company just called my private cell number and I don't appreciate it, now I have your number...inconvenient isn't it?" and hung up. Every time that copany calls me, I will do the same to John....only at my convenience.....

I get a call on my cell phone almost everyday. I answered it once and they asked if i want to subscribe to Sac bee newspaper which i've already told them i have.

It's Impact Sales Solutions. I looked up their website, and it seems they are a seller for your local newspapers.

I found a name on the website - John Fortner, and his number is 419-466-0131. I told him his company is calling me every day, and not saying anything when I answer. He said that sometimes happens when the caller hangs up. I said BULL! - because there are many of the SAME complaints on the internet

He was apologetic and promised to take my number off their list. I thanked him and told him I'd be calling my local newspaper about their practice. He said that wouldn't be necessary, as he would make the notifications on my behalf. I said, on the contrary, I seriously doubt you'd be as verbal as I am going to be!!!

You now have this shmuck's number, and you may call it as many times as you wish. He might even welcome a phone call at midnight!!!!

Correction:  The name of the company is IMPACT SALES SOLUTIONS

This company is purely a nuisance.  They call and ring your phone twice and then hang up.  They used to use 866-239-9352. (they may still)  They are trying to get you to resubscribe to your local newspaper.   You can only find out this info when you call back to find out who's calling you. IMPACT MAIL SOLUTIONS. It turns out to be a voice mail box that is usually full and cannot accept new messages.  I have asked on numerous occasions to be removed from their call list, but they will not remove you. Total D-bags!!! The best thing to do is block the number, if you can via your phone carrier.

I reported the harrasment that I am receiving multiple calls from this number on a daily bases to the FTC and my Attorney General in the State of Illinois.  I left a message clearly stating that I want to be removed from their list, and the calls have actually increased.

I am thinking about consulting a personal attorney.

PS:  I actually answered the call three weeks ago and asked them to remove me from their list, and the rep stated that they would miss calling me

I also get these calls, and just sent an e-mail as I am on the do not call list.  It gets very old getting these calls from them several times daily!
