I don't know how they can collect any money!  I do have a debt with them, but when I tried calling them, no one answered and the phone just rang and rang!  I tried emailing and it was kicked back as undeliverable.  I will let that sit on my credit report until the end of time if I have to.  Don't know any collection agency who doesn't at least have an auto attendant 24/7!  SCAM!

I tried calling your company on both the 888 and the 317 phone numbers and NO ONE ANSWERED!!!  It rang for 3 minutes straight with NO voicemail and NO auto attendant.  I tried emailing you and it was bounced back as undeliverable.  I DO have a medical bill with you, but if you can't answer your phone and your email doesn't work, I will NOT be giving you any of my money!  Suck it!

I have dealt with these people and their attorney.  The bill was fraudulent and I wrote a letter to the attorney. He chose not to pick up the case yet it still remains on my credit report. I told them from the beginning I was ready to go to court.
I knew where the bill was from and it was fraudulent from the hospital.  I have tried to contest it to no avail.  It seems if someone thinks you owe them money (businesses particularly) You, have to pay an attorney to fight it. On the bright side most lending companies including banks do not take them into consideration unless you have several.  They realize sometimes it is just a matter of principle rather than you actually owing the debt. I could pay them the money. It is very little. I refuse to pay because I did not agree to the charges and was misled from the beginning. I have documentation to support it. They will not even take it into consideration.  Is Senex the one with the shark in the tank in their front lobby and boast a collection rate in the high 90s? disgusted...

This company claims to have bought a debt from a hospital I went to. Problem is, the hospital initally didn't file the claim with the correct insurance company and so the bil went unpaid for awhile even thought I kept telling the hospital to "BILL THE CORRECT INSURANCE" eventually the hospital was paid. The hospital sold the debt (there shouldn't be one now, right?) and I'm supposed to now pay Senex. Fat chance! I told them I didn't owe anyone especially them. I don't care if the hospital "sold the debt", the hospital didn't have a right to do so. These a@*h*%$s at Senex are degrading my excellent credit rating. I'll get a lawyer before I pay them one cent!

I got three calls from this number saying that they are FerdEx and they were holding my child hostage and I need to pay $3000.00 for the child release,  I called back the number and ask where to send the money.  I was told that they are in Reno.

Same thing, they call and are rude, actually hung up after I asked them to identify themselves.

Called Senex Corporate and got in touch with VP of Collections Larry just call the corporate number and dial extension 404. I filed criminal harassment complaints with the FTC at FTC.gov and filed complaints at BBB.org as well as noted down every time they had called me. Time, date, duration. Will be passing this off to my lawyer if I receive one more call from them. Suing them for harassment about a debt that is not, nor has ever been mine. Under the fair credit collections act they have no right to harass a third party about someone elses debt.

Received two calls from them today, don't leave messages.  I have no outstanding bills.

Senex Services is a collection agency for hospital bills. I just settled a bill from 2009 with them.

They have called us twice on a bill that was PAID!

They called my home yesterday at 8 a.m. looking for someone I divorced 20 years ago & his ex-wife. Got some details from the caller, told her she was in violation of Federal law for contacting a non-party who happens to have the same surname. Sent the president of Senex an email stating same & that my next call was to the hospital they'd bought the debt from. Almost instantly got an email back saying they wanted to put my number on their "don't call" list. Contacted hospital anyway. Under Fair Credit Collection Act they can't pluck your number out of directory & haraass you or fish for information while deadbeats with the same surname hide behind an unlisted number.

Got a call from 317-613-3005 (land line # in Indianopolis)- "This is Jeff, call me back 1-888-577-7056."

I keep getting calls from Senex as well. The man who keeps calling me rudely INSISTS that I owe a bill to a hospital in Evansville, IN for treatment of pneumonia in March of 2004. The problems are that I moved back to Ohio in February of 2004, I never had pnuemonia in 2004, and even if I HAD pnuemonia in March of 2004, I wouldn't have traveled 8+ hours away to go to the hospital!

The man claimed he sent me the verification of debt back in July of 2009, yet I've never received anything in the mail from them untill a week ago, which I then got a letter stating "Because of your refusal to cooperate, we are forced to send your debt to collections." Isn't Senex the collection agency???

Keep getting calls from 1-888-577-7056 on my cell and my mom keeps getting calls from them, won't say what they are calling for and tonight the place asked for my daughter which is only 15 years old, don't know what they are up to other then trouble so don't answer or call these people back, I am going to contact the police in this matter.

This is a bill collector!  They called me from 888-577-7056 ext 476.  The name they gave me was an ex boyfriend and I am 100% positive it is a bill collector.  They were rude and they speak over you while you're trying to answer them.  Just tell them to take you off the list or you'll sue for harassment.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!!! Even if they act like they know it, do not confirm this info.  They can send you a letter if they need to contact you. The company name is SENEX based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Call from Walt Jolly at extension 402 he called my cell phone and is calling me at work!!!!!

this number called, and the person refused to truly identify herself, gave a wrong birthday in hopes that i would "correct" her and thus provide private info about myself, and got angry when i demanded more information about her and her business calling.  this was not a collections call, as i have nothing to be collecting on.  it is a fraudulent group.

CALLED ME AT WORK AND THAT IS NOT ALLOWED. SAID HIS NAME IS MR JONES AND HIS EXT IS 488. LEFT NO REASON AS TO WHY HE WAS CALLING BUT WANTED ME TO CALL HIM.
