SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!                        I had a debt that I resolved a few years ago unfortunately I had lost the money order stub and paperwork on it during a move to a new residence, I almost gave these crooks the money for that debt because of their threats and intimidation tactics which I now know are ILLEGAL, thanks to the thread post under one of the other phone numbers that Rosen Keller and associates use which is  877-295-1131. Rosen Keller and Associates is a fraud they now have a fraudulent website rkmediation.org The official looking seal is nothing more than a good standing emblem that ANYBODY can purchase for around $50.00. The rkmediation.org Staff are actually real people that these CON-ARTISTS have taken their pictures from different websites thought out the web,  and are being portrayed as staff members. If taking some ones picture and changing their identity and placing them on a website isn't a crime it should be. I just have noticed that the staff pictures have been removed, fortunately I have a snapshot of the original staff page which I will be sending as an attachment with all of the complaint forms I'm filing.

This number 888-608-1681 keep calling my job and my cell phone.

Calls from this number to clients family, stating they will take our client to court and jail.
MULTIPLE FDCPA violations. Called number, spoke to "Julian", said 'private locators' call that are sub-contracted from Ace Case (payday loan).

I would love to find these people and sue their pants off. Vague as far as location, "bay area" or San Mateo.

They have been calling my family and friends, within in the last two days, and they have been leaving voice mails. They are with a mediation firm and you will be going to jail if you don?t contact them and the last statement you have been serve.

Got this message today. Said that I had some claim with a mediation firm and that I had officially been notified. Sounded like a scam.

same thing has been happening to me for the past 2 days.  claim to be looking for people i dont know but they also had my full name.  im going to the police in the morning.  do not talk to these people also shows up as 25 489 2930

said i had a claim with this mediation firm.  wanted personal information or i was going to jail.  People this is a scam.  how they got my unlisted private cell number is i dont know.  the police said that these people are calling from other countries trying to collect money.  ITS A SCAM TAKE YOUR CELL TO THE LOCAL POLICE SO THEY CAN REPORT.  OTHERWISE THESE FORIENGERS WILL JUST KEEP CALLING.
