I am in the EXACT same predicament as you only I have a party of 36 people who I have given these ATR people over half of their money, But like you, I have not paid the $69 booking fee yet because I am awaiting travel vouchers. I am literally shaking right now because I was planning my 50th bday in Vegas and was depending on these people to come through. I guess the deal was too good to be true. When I called them back to ask questions, they had me on hold for 15min and then hung up on me each time. I have been following other sites and posts and everyone is saying the same thing. I have yet to hear of someone who successfully booked with these people. I CANNOT believe they are still in business and have yet to be tracked down and STOPPED!!!

I am reading these post and becoming sick to my stomach because I just booked a trip with them for 36 people and gave them a hefty payment and awaiting my vouchers/certificates via certified mail. I have not paid the $69 per person booking fee yet and would like to stop this transaction now and retrieve my funds. Is there any hope in me getting a refund? I am soooo disappointed because I was planning my 50th bday in Vegas with some close friends of mine. I should have known this was too good to be true! Now I need HELP!!! These people have entrusted me with their money and now I'm afraid I'm going to have to deliver some disturbing news to them!

I am the idiot that actually fell for the scam. Or at least I think it is a scam just by the previous comments. Now I am left wandering what to do next. So far I have paid for the vacation package, not the $69.00 booking fee or the $129-179 tax and dock fees. So at least I have that. But I have spent $750.00 and if it's a scam how do I get that back? Where do I turn. I still have the original fax, confirmation emails that show they received my payment and how much it was. I am really worried by reading everything on this site. Please help!

They've changed their number to 8772679930 and they send unsolicited faxes.  

ATR = A Total Ripoff ????

Just called and asked what ATR stands for. Her reply: nothing. I asked for a website also. Her reply: You must first purchase the package prior to giving you the website address, once purchased you will have full access to the company's website.I also asked if she takes advantage of these deals also and she stated "absolutely", then I started to tell her that I believe this could be a scam and by the time I said believe...she hung up on me! How did she know what I was going to say? Perhaps she has heard enough to know when someone isn't "sold" on her lies!

They MUST be a scam.... they change their phone number almost every month. I have tried and tried to get out of their phone number data base, but have failed TOTALLY to do so.

They just change the format of the info and the number, and make it look like a different company. Only problem is, I am now saving the FAXES...

I just called the  number 1-888-610-6268 and I asked what is the name of the company and the person on the other end said "This is ATR Tours Sir" I asked what is the name of your website and the person on the other end hanged up on me. This is definitely a S-C-A-M written all over it. I just simply asked a question and wanted to know the name of their web site if they had one and the person (a male voice) hangs up on me. A company like this does not last long if a company is going to treat a potential customer like that. STAY COMPLETELY AWAY AND DON'T EVEN BOTHER CALLING YOU WILL GET AN ABRUPT AND VERY RUDE RESPONSE IF YOU ARE ASKING THE WRONG QUESTIONS.

This is a scam! What you said was correct. They also want you to pay with your checking account direct withdrawal, not even accepting credit card. Lines always got disconnected for no reason. Don't waste time to call them.

Bogus vacation deal package.  Fax reads Back to School Sale!! LOL.  Same bogus deals they always offer through out the year only the kids fly free.   Act now supplies limited!!! ummmm what supplies this is for bogus air fare tickets!  LOL...fax is going in the trash. What is sad about this is someone falls for it otherwise they wouldn't keep faxing these out.

Yes, I called the number a couple times. Once I got a guy who said ATR corporate wholesale in Michigan. Once I asked for a website and they said needed to sign up 1st. One time I got a girl who asked to whom may I direct your call. They were spreading flyers too good to be true. No tracks and no trails and they blew me off when I started asking questions.

Just called them. The name of their company is called ATR Wholesale. Guy who answered said prices are per person and they require 90 day advanced notice for travel arrangements. Email is sent after reservation for confirmation of travel and all tickets (plane, etc) are sent certified mail within 7-10 bus days. You cannot travel on blackout dates meaning all major holidays are excluded. Port taxes are addt'l depending on which cruise ship you choose. (range anywhere from $129 -$179)Not to mention there is a $69 booking/activation fee...what exactly are you activating??? Not even legitimate travel agencies will charge this...and they have the nerve to say kids under 12 are free with max of 2??? And also, if this WAS  a legitimate business then how come you can't Google them?? Honestly I think it sounds too good to be true . My opinion...anything that sounds too good to be true usually is. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I'm so sick of getting faxes from them for their vacation packages. It does not good to call to have your number removed because they fax anyway. They waste my paper and my ink.

I just tried to call it.  Went to a busy signal.  Not interested enough to try again.

I am so glad I converted my old land lines to web based service (ring central).  It makes it so easy to block numbers, and I was able to view this stupid fax and delete it with a couple of clicks.  If I still used a paper fax machine I would be VERY irritated by their using MY resources for THEIR advertising.

Received fax from this company offering vacation packages that include everything from air fare to your hotel for the AMAZING price of $150.00?!?! Yea RIGHT! Not to mention all the packages are Buy 1 get the 2nd HALF OFF?! There is no way any company could stay in business for more than a week with prices and deals like that!
