They took out 700 $ from my credit card.I Certainly agree on the fact that they do not belong from chicago or even in Usa because of there english.I had a word with the president of the company RAHEELA PIRZADA about the full refund . She even had a foreign accent .

My dad just got scammed out of $700 from this company. They said if he sent back the "vacation package" he received (which was nothing more than a glossy brochure) he would get a refund. He sent it by registered mail last week and the item is still being held at the post office in Chicago. It's obviously a fake P.O. box number. The representative said he was affiliated with RBC and that he would get a bunch of free points with them (which isn't true- he called RBC and they had never heard of this company). My dad's credit card company won't refund the money. They obviously prey on older people and try to gain their trust by saying they are affiliated with a reputable company. Don't ever give your credit card number or expiry date to anyone who has called you on the phone, even if they say they are from your bank!

Judging by the English skills of the person above, they clearly aren't based in Chicago. They aren't returning my dad's calls and no one has acknowledged the package waiting at the post office. It's really sad there are so many bad people out there willing to scam innocent people out of their hard earned money.

It is quite evident by your usage of the English language that you are not from here!

I posted on this site not log ago and while calling around to see how I could recover my money from this scam, someone advised me to do a Charge Back with my credit card company.

Low and behold.  My money has been returned in 2 business days.  Let the Credit Card company fight with them.

Whether it is from Xact Vacations or someone else calling themselves that or from the Capitol One rewards or someone telling you that.  Free or semi free vacations are not what they seem.  Tell them to Take you off their calling list - they are obligated to do this and don't accept those too good to be true things, because they are to good to be true.

Hello

They got me to for $600 and change.  I have been writing them and they have returned my calls and assured me I would get my money back.  Nothing yet though.

I told them that I was going to start a Facebook Campaigne and someone (of course they didn't sign the email) said they would debit my account as of last week.

I just wrote them another email and informed them I am going to go through with my Facebook stuff, and as I work for the Ontario Lottery, I am going to start my letter writing with them too.  Fortunately I also know people at the BC Lottery and Atlantic Lottery which I am going to contact also.

If they would return my money I would shutup but The more people know about them they won't get caught either.
