I receive calls from this number about twice a week. They state my first and last name and ask me to call Melissa at West Assets at 888-639-1649 X276.  Everytime I call the number the message is: 'we are sorry, you have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service, if you feel you have reached this recording in error, please check the number and dial again"  Clearly, something is not right.
